Professional, clean, and kind. They have a wide variety of colors and services. Even their basic pedicure is amazing and luxurious. Powder gel manicures last a long time. The technicians are meticulous with their work. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Natural Nails & Spa for six years and they are by far the best nail salon in the FLOW area. They are always so welcoming and do a phenomenal powder gel manicure and pedicure. Every nail technician there is great (I’ve used them all) but I specifically go to Yuki. She pays close attention to detail and gives great massages with the hot stone pedicures!

I am so disappointed with this salon. I come here often I always end up with the new employee. I feel as if they racially profile me. I always have to pay upfront. I am done with this place. Please don’t come here. They aren’t welcoming to ALL. They are clean and in a prestige area that is pretty much what they have going for them.

Pedicure - I have been going here for many years without making a reservation and today was asked if I had a reservation ~ since it was a Monday there was very few customers being serviced and no one waiting I thought this was odd ~ With so many "Nail" places to choose from you would think they would have better business sense ~

Nice place & clean. I got a gel manicure and I swear it was the fastest gel manicure I ever got. 25 mins. The hand massage was 10 secs. The total cost was $38 which typically a gel manicure is $30/$35. I tipped $6 (16%) & she didn’t seem happy & after I said Thank you twice, she said nothing but if she would have spent a little longer & didn’t rush, I would have given her $10!Tip: if the salon isn’t packed, take your time on a client to make it a relaxing experience.

waited 45 minutes to get my nails done and then they said they could not fit me in. bad service my friends nails did not look good and all of the staff was very rude.

Clean and accommodating place. Go see Trevor or Wendy but all the staff is great. Trevor remembered my preferences after only one visit. Get a neck massage while you're getting your nails done. I've gone here for years and love it. Take advantage when they have a gift card special to treat your friends.

I’ve given this place a couple of chances but you’re nothing but a number to them. If you aren’t a frequent customer they don’t care about you. They are rude and I am rushed every single time. I really don’t recommend this place!
