“I went to AT&T yesterday trying to get a SIM card for LTE for a camera I bought. Luai and his associate did a great job educating me on the process and answering all my questions. They informed me since I'm on my family's plan I would save a lot more than starting a separate plan which I appreciated. They helped me get everything set up with the camera before I left. “My parents and i got new phones this past week. We bought the Motorola stylus 5g.
The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”
“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”

My internationally purchased Samsung phone was not working, Samsung service centers said they can't fix it because it is international, but this shop, we called, they said they can fix it. We brought, they charged a high price for changing the screen, but since my data was important, it was worth it and I am glad that they were able to fix it completely in two days. I recommend it.”
