Alie did a fantastic job! My mom gets her nails done here all the time, so I decided to check it out while in town. I made an appointment with Alie in advance, which I highly recommend doing because she's very popular. The salon was small and clean, with only two nail techs working. I asked for a "faded french" which is basically an ombre, because that option isn't available in my nail salon back home. The way she did it was so cool - first a base of the gel color on the bottom (I picked mint green) and then she sprays on the white with what looks like an airbrush tool - I truly haven't seen that done anywhere else. In the end, they looked amazing and only cost me $35 (plus tip). It has now been almost two weeks and they're holding up great - only a couple small chips on the white part. Would absolutely return the next time I'm in the area!

I came here for the first time today for a gel manicure. I forgot to ask the nail tech for her name, but I believe it was Alie. She was so sweet and talented and she did a wonderful job with my nails! I will definitely be returning!

I have been coming here for many years now, and I know firsthand that the staff works their fingers to the bone! It is terrible to hear that people do not understand that they must reschedule when customers forget their appointment or do not show up on time. They do everything in their power to reschedule as quickly as possible. Their time is just as precious as ours. And I’ve never had a better manicure in my life. Thank you, KN!!

The whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I've been going to see Courtney way before she started in Franklin Lakes and she's always been extremely accommodating. I met Allie when I started going to Franklin Lakes who does my mother's manicure and she has always been really friendly toward my mom. I always ask to make my appointments ahead of time and they are always able to squeeze me in and always make sure that I never wait too long for my visit.My manicure and pedicure come out great and they have a new selection of colors available, providing great options all year round. The place is extremely clean and all their instruments are sterile and never re-used. There is always someone that answers the phones when it rings, even when they are busy and someone is always cleaning when they're free from clients.I recommend coming here but making an appointment in advance, especially during the summer months. Overall, my experience has always been pleasant with the staff working there.

I have been going to Pretty Nails for about 7 yrs . I have always been pleased with Courtney and love the way she does my nails . I'm very particular and she has patience and a good sense of humor . The rest of the staff are very friendly too. They are all very accommodating. I make my appointments in advance and never miss an appointment.I've noticed that there have several negative comments by the same individual that surprise me and don't ring true to my experience .

I would never recommend this Salon to anyone. I have been going to Ali for my nails since December, and all of sudden I get a call from Courtney saying “Ali does not want to do your nails anymore”. When I asked why, she wouldn’t even give me an explanation and pretended like she couldn’t hear me. When I called to make an appointment they even lied and said they were fully booked three weeks out. Than I had a friend call, and they told her they had availability the same day I was planning on going. They have no loyalty to their customers. DO NOT go to this Salon. They are horrible and extremely unprofessional. Once they’re tired of you, they drop you. They did the same thing to my sister who was going there for years! Also after only just getting my nails done a week ago, it looks like I got them done two weeks ago because they don’t train their manicurist to go close to your cuticles! Not to mention, my sister and I never even got an apology for how we were treated by them! All they did was deny everything instead of admitting that they were wrong for what they did and apologizing! Go anywhere but here so you don’t waste your time and money!

I have been going to KN Pretty Nails for years (for acrylics) and always loved going to Courtney. I stopped going for some time to save on money while I was in college. Recently, I started going back and recommended my sister to go as well. Need less to say, we both had a HORRIBLE experience. Every time I tried making an appointment (2 weeks in advance) they claimed, "Sorry we are all booked, no one can take you". I did not think much of it at first. However, they started to do the same to my sister. We could not understand how/why our friends were always able to get appointments when they booked only 1 week in advance, but not book us 2 weeks out. Then finally, my sister tried to book again and was told by Courtney, "Sorry Allie does not want to take you anymore" without any explanation to why. This really upsets me to think how disloyal they are to regular customers (who give $10-$15 tips). Always had good memories here and it is a real shame how they have treated us in the recent days.I will NEVER come back here again. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and fake. No loyalty.
