I've been purchasing toner and supplies for my Epson F2100 printer. These folks are awesome. I just placed an order and literally 3 minutes later I received a popup on my phone that my order was shipped! That some fast packing and putting my order into the shipping carrier.
I would strongly recommend working with Equipment Zone.
They are my go too...

We bought our first DTG Printer from Equipment Zone a few years ago and it was such a great experience that we decided to count this company as one of our preferred vendors. When we recently decided to add DTF transfers to our product line, we researched the available equipment in the industry but kept coming back to the EZ Jet Pro 24. This was mostly because of the printer’s robust construction and features, but also because of the training, patience, and customer support from the team at Equipment Zone. We have had our EZ Jet Pro 24 printer for a year now and it has been one of our hardest working printers that produces quality prints on a daily basis in our shop. I feel very confident in sharing that this printer has provided excellent results for our company and customers. From the beginning, we have had all positive experiences with everyone that we’ve spoken to at Equipment Zone, and they go above and beyond to make sure that we walk away from every tech question and phone call with a better understanding of how our printers work. Although they are all rock stars, we definitely would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Terry, Roy, Jay, Miguel, and Linda for helping our business succeed! We would highly recommend this team and the EZ Jet Pro to anyone looking to add the ability to print DTF transfers at their shop.

After purchasing multiple pieces of equipment from equipment zone we decided to buy a dtf printer from them, (ez jet pro), has only caused problems from day 1, customer service has been horrible, false promises, they are refusing to refund, 8 weeks with the printer still hasnt been up and running! would stay far away from a company that cant deliver!

We bought last year a big printer. Really expensive, and we decide to pay the overprice for their “exceptional customer service “. Unfortunately, we are having issues with the printer very often. Printer has been broken more than 8 times in a year, and When we put a ticket, phone representative is usually in a bad mood, totally helpless. Hard to get the support same day. I regret this buy.

Where do we begin, our company has spent tens of thousands of dollars (probably over 100,000 at this point) with equipment zone including buying their ez-rip, Epson f3070, and countless supplies. An issue has arose via a fault of equipment zone. 3 weeks of me having to continuously reach out and call them, just to get told “we will have to call you back” and never receiving the call backs. I finally get told today the best they can do is give me 20% off my white ink.To sum this up we are out a few grand and backed up on projects due to a down machine and a non-responsive company. Had to fly an Epson technician out here who agreed that is was more then reasonable to ask equipment zone replace the parts that became damaged. Us being the more than reasonable folk that we are, did not ask equipment zone to replace/pay for the damages. We simply just asked for them to replace the ink that was wasted in the process, and the head cleaning set. Their response was 20% off of my whites….I don’t know what’s more frustrating, the money or the wasted time.Been nothing but respectful about the situation but enough is enough. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.The only redeeming part about equipment zone is once you get ahold of a technician they are great. (Although sometimes getting onto the phone with one takes a few days)
