Two hours for a ten minute transaction. Problem was not resolved from the tellers but from my asking about different things. You would think they would try things to make things work not just give up after the first attempt. Do not work with Kathy.

*** Take note Corporate *** this branch and it’s employees should be your model. Michael was more than helpful. I trust this bank as it has displayed high Competency and something more.I would recommend Michael as your go to, not because the other employees are less knowledgeable but because my interaction has been with Michael alone. He understood the questions I was asking and was able to offer different solutions other than the typical scripted response you get when you call the 800 number.

I wish I could give this place more then 5 star Great Customer service. They make me feel like home every time I go at this branch. Michel and Mary they are so welcoming.

Good bank, many moneys
