Just a completely unserious branch. I have a business account with them, and it is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone for something important. Switching asap.

Two hours for a ten minute transaction. Problem was not resolved from the tellers but from my asking about different things. You would think they would try things to make things work not just give up after the first attempt. Do not work with Kathy.

I wish I could give this place more then 5 star Great Customer service. They make me feel like home every time I go at this branch. Michel and Mary they are so welcoming.
