Their touch-less bay is usually broken. When it works its great. Maybe I just have bad luck, but 2/3 of the time I go there now the touchless bay is out of service.

This is purely a review of the vacuums - don’t waste your time. You have to spend $2 minimum which is annoying if you just have one small section to do. But that doesn’t matter anyway because the vacuum suction is so bad it doesn’t pick up a single thing anyway. My trunk is still as messy/dirty as when I arrived as I sat there for 5 minutes going over the same spots with the vacuum.

2nd time in about 2 weeks that I put $2 into the vacuum and it didn’t work.. nobody there to fix the issue.. pisses me off that I’ve wasted $4 bucks..

Had a problem with one of the vacuums. John and JR corrected it immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a fast response! Repeat customer, will continue to be a customer after such a great experience with them! Thank you guys!

Highest level wash doesn't seem to include a spotless rinse so my car looks worse then when I went in. Also the overhead pours water down on car as you drive out so even more water spots. Just wanted to clean off pollen and not worth it. Every other touchless wash I've been to has done a much better job. Also, it's not touchless, I was not aware my wheels would be hit with a brush. Can't reccomend this place at all.

Updating again because the problem still exists. I like the auto- wash, but the undercarriage cleaning doesn't start right away, and stops prematurely. My car is also still dirty most times. It's mostly a convenience. I'd love to see my $17 once to three times a month go towards improving the infrastructure.

Needed a quick wash off in the evening. Do it yourself. Machine takes Credit Cards, not sure on digital. Quarters work as well. There is a change machine. Place is kept clean equipment is in good repair. Recommend it to get salt off vehicle.

Have a giant truck, and the make it easy to clean. Have a special machine to clean car mats, love that.

Great auto car wash and area to wash your own car by hand also. Well maintained and there is a machine to put your car mats in to clean.. staff helpful as well.
