“I drive a 2005 Mercedes E320. I took it to two different dealers on three occasions to have a check engine light fixed. First dealer replaced the alternator (for check engine light ???). Check engine light came back on as I was driving home. Dealer had car for three weeks and finally replaced alternator again under warranty, light came on again next day. I took car to different dealer and told them about previous repair, I paid one labor for diagnosis, they told me I needed an alternator and replaced it under warranty. Check engine light came on again two days later. A friend recommended Hoffmanns so I gave them a try. They had the car for four hours and replaced a temp sensor, cost me less than two hundred dollars and the car has been fine ever since. Thanks Greg, I love you guys.”

They have constant communication with both the insurance and rental company. Constant text communication with the customer about what stage the car is in. Perfect timing with Enterprise rental on pickup and drop off, estimated timeline for all repairs met, and a clean car on pick up!
