“Such a highly recommended place. We've rented RV's a few times in the US before, most had minor issues at some level, but with 84RV we can honestly say that everything from communication before rental, payment, pick-up and the car: all was great! Curtis is a great person to communicate with, and he offers his equipment with pride. One thing I would recommend is that they would be able to offer the various utensils you need for camping such as chairs / table / kitchenware etc. As someone coming from abroad, that would be something we would gladly pay for instead of making a Walmart run.

They gave me a pretty reasonable estimate for a full brake workup and still managed to come under the estimate given. They don't give you the run around like other mechanics. “I can't speak more highly of them! They don't know me at all and I didn't know them. My friend blew 2 tires on rt 15 right down the road from their shop. I googled local places and they popped up. They walked down to check on her, got her car back to their shop, threw used tires on, and barely charged me anything. These days it's hard to find businesses with compassion like that. “Been having issues getting 2017 civic si into reverse, honda has been serving it since day one.
At first, over 3 years ago I was told that the si is tricky sometimes to get into reverse and it has no synchro for that gear. At every serving (5000) oil changes valve adjustment and everything else honda recommended i did through them. At one serving the manager overheard about the no synchro for reverse and corrected the service guy that it did indeed have it. Anyway, it At the point that I was only able to get in reverse about half the time on the first shot. A friend told to to bring it to Wyane but I was hesitant. After telling honda I wanted it fixed no matter what they told me the only the to find out what wrong was the drop and disassemble the trans to find out what was going on. But told me it was a good chance the transmission was shot and could not be repaired only maybe rebuilt. They couldn't even give any idea of cost only to say it would expensive. They did give me a price for a used transmission 4000.00 dollars not including labor.
I met with Wayne told him what was going on and before he even looked at my car told me (based on what described) told me it was one of two things.
As soon as he drove the car he knew what was wrong and gave me both prices the second thing was more expensive but still way way less the Hondas used transmission price.
It did turn out to be the higher price repair. He fixed my car with all oem parts and it's like a new car.
Will definitely be going back for future repairs.”

“I have used Frey Automotive as one of two primary repair mechanic teams over the past four years. (Note that Colin & team took over management about that time, so any negative reviews from four years ago or earlier on here should be disregarded.)I have found their pricing to be fair and competitive, and their competence as mechanics to be superb. My current car has over 425,000 miles on the original engine and transmission, yet (as with any old car) is frequently offering "challenges" that his team of mechanics needs to surmount.During the majority of repairs over the past four years, it was done right the first time, and there was no need for return. In the rare instance when a repair was not quite right the first time around, they looked at it again, and got it running properly, pretty quickly.Recently, a weird sound was coming from the car, with it dropping power on turns. They said it was dangerous to drive, and though they were busy, took it in, found the problem, and solved it, saving me from what could have been a catastrophic highway situation.Colin - who heads up the team - does a LOT: takes the calls, sets up appointments, sees that people get rides back home if needed, test drives the cars, and does mechanical work with his team. I have found him to be personable, professional, and fair in all my interactions with him. Each person he has hired, that I have met over the past four years of interactions, has been skilled, talented, competent, and trustworthy.Almost any mechanic in New Jersey bills out at $100+ per hour for labor. At that rate - 2, 3, or 4 times what you or I earn - it is fair and reasonable to expect the job to be done right, and to leave driving a safe-to-drive car, each time a repair is done.That has been the case with this shop - and I look forward to continuing to challenge him and his mechanics, as we jointly see if we can get my car to the rare milestone of 500,000 miles on the original engine and original transmission.I highly recommend them, but note they have busy periods, so patience may sometimes be warranted. One final note - ChatGPT is still in learning mode, so I think it's pretty foolhardy in 2024 for anyone to rely on it for accurate detailed information in the automotive mechanic field, whether here or elsewhere. (Just a relevant personal opinion, folks.)”

Even though he didn't have room in his schedule to fix the car, he said he would be happy to run a scan to determine why the light came on. We drove there a few minutes later and he took care of us right away free of charge. That was a very kind thing to do and we really appreciated it. I think this willingness to help us says a lot about the type of business he runs.”

“After getting a flat on my way to work and realizing my dealership sold me my car without the key for the lock nuts, I had to get my car towed to a local shop. The shop they towed me to was going to ROB me to get these lock nuts off. I called Dan’s and told him my situation and he quoted me at like a fifth of the price they were willing to do it at. When I got there the next morning Lori was so kind and attentive, Dan was extremely helpful when we ran into a hiccup trying to get the right lug nuts last minute, I can’t say enough about how great this shop is.
