I have been living in Fort Lee for 5 years and I come here for any emergency needs I may have at home. Today I came for passport photo service and received excellent service from Carol. She is great, patient, charismatic, cheerful and cares about the service she is offering you.

Took walk-in passport photos today and had a great experience with the gentleman in the photo department. Pics were ready and great quality in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

I understand that people are upset that they have to wait. However, they need to understand, you have limited staff. They have to wait on customers, answer phones, ring up items. Let face it some of you stay on line talking with the staff about nonsense. Then you have the ones that bring up 95 items to the register and expect the staff to get there medicines plus ring up their other items. This holds them up. Then you get the rude customers who are just ignorant and treat the staff poorly. I give them all credit and appreciate all they do for me. I come there for my meds with my walker and they are always kind and helpful to me. So give them a break ... Connie Reyes

trying to refill a prescription. the automated service wants me to speak to a person. I called a number of times. the pharmacy would pick up the call and put me on hold. this happened numerous times without anyone saying anything. the last time they just left the phone ringing and ringing. the next day the same thing happened but i finally got through. they didn't even apologize.

I don't understand all the bad reviews tbh. Yeah the pharmacy is slow.. but that's almost all pharmacies, pretty normal to be honest. Staff is pretty decent, they do pretty good considering the amount of staff they have so it's not as bad as you guys make it seem. Some customers here are rude though, getting angry over cash rewards coupons and not being able to do walk ins for vaccines like come on it's 2023 get with the program, use your phone/pc to schedule an appointment. These customers are quick to make bad reviews but suck at trying to use the walgreens app/website ?. I don't see how this store has only 2 stars, it's really not that bad here.

Several months ago I witnessed a woman having a meltdown over this pharmacies inability to fill a crucial prescription for her son, despite the fact that the mediction was on "auto-refill" and she had received a message stating the prescription was ready for pick up. I laughed off the incident and thought it was an overreaction to the situation. Fast forward two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. I could not get an agent on the phone and was forced to drive there to try to rectify this issue. I was met by a dismissive and unprofessional staff lead by the Pharmacist (Rich) who had zero personality and could not even look at me as I spoke to him. Fortunately, I found a near by pharmacy that had the medication I needed and transferred my prescription there. I expected better from Wallgreens, however, it is evident that THEY JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. Take your business elsewhere as I have.

I always have a good experience there as the employees are nice. One female employee was very patient with me doing a reconciliation when I thought she didn’t count the number of items correctly.

Scheduled my flu and Covid vaccines online, got there a few mins before the pharmacy opened, and waited about 20 mins for paperwork and prep before they administered the shots. Staff were professional and nice, and I was in and out in a half an hour.

So sad……no stars……Richard the manager of the pharmacy should find a new occupation ……This poor guy can’t manage a 7/11 let alone a pharmacy……His behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and is clueless when it comes to customer service. Transferred all my medication to a more upscale pharmacy. Some people need to grow up and take responsibility . But poor Richard will never be enlighten . Time to grow up dude .

The Pharmacy texted me that my prescription was available for another 5 days, I came on the 4th day and it was deleted.They didn’t have it in the system and left me sitting there waiting and were not able to resolve the issue.Lots of people were having awful experiences while I was waiting to see if they were able to fix my prescription issue, wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all
