Several months ago I witnessed a woman having a meltdown over this pharmacies inability to fill a crucial prescription for her son, despite the fact that the mediction was on "auto-refill" and she had received a message stating the prescription was ready for pick up. I laughed off the incident and thought it was an overreaction to the situation. Fast forward two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. I could not get an agent on the phone and was forced to drive there to try to rectify this issue. I was met by a dismissive and unprofessional staff lead by the Pharmacist (Rich) who had zero personality and could not even look at me as I spoke to him. Fortunately, I found a near by pharmacy that had the medication I needed and transferred my prescription there. I expected better from Wallgreens, however, it is evident that THEY JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. Take your business elsewhere as I have.

Can’t even do simple tasks. I wanted to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS but they said there is no patient under my name which is nonsense because I got meds from them for years. Can’t do anything right in this location.

Called with simple question and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. They would occasionally say hello and then put me back on hold. Awful service.

Surprising… a pharmacist here didn’t know the difference between previously approved COVID-19 vaccine and updated bivalent vaccine. Getting vaccinated here is extremely dangerous.

The worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. With a sick baby at home I called to find out if they have an item I know they carry in stock at the store. The employee who answered told me "no" without even knowing what the item is and certainly without knowing whether they have it in stock. When I insisted they at least look, I was left on hold for 10 minutes and then ultimately disconnected. I called back and was disconnected again. I finally called a third time and asked for a manager. I was put on hold another 10 minutes. I finally spoke to the shift manager who FOUND THE ITEM IN STOCK. If employees can't be bothered to do their job then fire them!!

How do you give a negative star review. The pharmacy here is a void in time and space. A black hole of my life and energy. I've stood in line for 20+ minutes multiple times. The staff here only last a few weeks because the BS must be all day and night. AVOID AT ALL COST

Why will your website allow me to book a vaccine appointment at 8.30am on a Saturday but the pharmacy opens at 9am? Why will Walgreens even send me a reminder about the appointment? Super disappointed.

The slowest pharmacy no mater what time of the day there's a huge line. Photo dept loses photos frequently. One day traveled to the store mid day completely closed! Register malfunction they said so closed for an entire day.

If I could give zero stars i would. Worst customer service by far. I would rather travel far than go to that location or to any Walgreens

This store is kept cleaner than the 16th Street location! It's still a Walgreens, which to means very high prices and often long, slow-moving lines! Today I was lucky though, no line and Joe was there to check me out quickly! Thank you T-Mobile Tuesdays for 10 free photos!
