Great friendly service. Had my car dropped off in the middle of the night by AAA and John had me on the road the next day. Highly recommend them if you’re in a similar situation, and will be coming back for any maintenance and repairs in the future.

They will rob you, don't trust them at all. They will tell you it cost that amount. And without any notice when you show up to pick up the car they will raise the price and say we changed more things which is they lie also. And not only that they gang on you and are willing to cause problems and curse. Please take this advice and other negative review experiences and don't trust them at all costs even if you have to tow your car to another mechanic.

I had a great experience at twin towers. They took me right away. The owner was very nice and helpful. He made sure I was able to drive my car back home without any problems. I highly recommend twin towers

My daughter and I were traveling from Virginia to New Hampshire when our car broke down. These gentlemen were very attentive and got us back on the road as quickly as they could do so. I appreciate their kindness. Their work even came with a 2 year guarantee! I am very pleased and feel very able to give them a five star review.

A dishonest, rude shop.
Six years ago, I replaced four tires at another shop. I came for an oil change at this one twin towers and they told me without blinking an eye that my tires are "worn" and I need new tires. I knew then that they were dishonest, so I avoided them for the last six years.
Today I called them trying to get some help and they were unhelpful. When I asked for the name of the person I'm talking with. He said goodbye and hung up the phone. .. Guess I'm going to have to wait another six years before I call them again.

Trust worthy and nice group of team to bring your car too. I've been taking my car to victory which over charged all the time. Twin towers work fast and finally a sigh a relief.

Oh , you are in real bind? Every car shop within 75 miles has mysteriously vanished? No worries, Twin Tower repair shop has you covered! They'll happily charge you Bugatti Veyron or Lamborghini Veneno prices to fix your Toyota, Ford, Kia, or Honda-because clearly, those basic models need custom-built parts from scratch, right? I mean, why settle for reasonable rates when you can pay luxury prices for your every day car? A truly exclusive experience for those desperate enough!

Dishonest business and poor business practice. I hope somebody reads this before deciding to work with these people. I could tell in John’s tone the first time he called me he was going to hike the price way up and he offered no transparency or legitimate insight beyond setting me up for a steep price delivery.
My car broke down and AAA suggested taking the car here instead of another shop I’d found. Because I was at the mercy of circumstance, Twin Towers really had me in a bind and took advantage of that. They quoted me a ridiculously high price, and when I ultimately decided to take it elsewhere, they charged me $230 for a mere 30 minutes of work and the fact that they’d had it for 2 days.
I ultimately decided to take it to the original shop I had found, and John openly derided the business on the phone.
Across the board, generally poor business practice. If you’re a suburban mother living in Fort Lee and money is irrelevant maybe you’d have a better experience than I did, but my experience was one of being taken advantage of.

New ownership and higher prices.Exterior cleaning is decent,but window cleaning is poor.. always streaks and smudges on glass,interior rear window glass never cleanedSo..be prepared to re-do all windows,both inside and out if you require pristine glass.

Best place to bring your Toyota. They do amazing work and they are honest about what you need done. They always go the extra mile and take care of all the little things that other shops ignore. They work with your budget and give you free rides when you drop off your car. Doesn't get any better!

I will never go back to this facility. They said my car had an oil leak and recommended $2.4k of work to repair. My vehicle has yet to show even a drop of oil underneath it in almost 1.5 years since the "diagnosis". I've been to 2 different repair facilities since then, asked them to tell me whether they see signs of an oil leak. Neither of them found an oil leak, either.
