Not bad. Walked in for my second time to have daughter's nail and my foot rub. No problem and foot rub was great and good value. Daughter's nails were so-so but she didn't have gel. I would got back.

I’m convinced there is no where in fort lee that does a good gel manicure. Just sloppy painting job- you can see the edges of the cuticle and on the sides of nails are unevenly painted. I didn’t have the energy and time to complain today - and I was desperate to get a manicure before I left for travel. It’s ok to go to if you’re in a pinch.

I visit the store on apr 5 to do my eyebrows and I wish I never had done it. I asked the lady for clean up she made them very thin. They are really unprofessional and they don’t know what they doing. It is just horrible.

I recently spent some quality time with a friend who lives in Fort Lee. I had some time to kill before our outing and I was in a desperate need for a new gel manicure. Originally, I had first thought to call the salon to see if they had availability, but my friend said that around that particular time, they probably would not be busy. And she was right! Upon walking in, Ivy greeted me and took me right to her station. She was very friendly and polite. I had a Pinterest request I showed her in terms of color combinations I wanted and she graciously took a look at the pin I had and was able to create the color I had wanted. The salon was clean and spacious and overall, it was a great experience for me - I am very happy with my beautiful nails

Had a great experience at Tutti Nails! I usually come and get a french manicure but I saw a cute nail art picture that I wanted to try. Ivy was my nail tech and she did amazing! Service is great and price is reasonable - will definitely be coming back :)

So let me make this clear, they did a good job with my nails. But I thought it's weird they don't offer acrylic nails at a nail salon. Instead she introduced me to this other extension which I forgot the name but it was nearly 200 bucks. I was desperate because I was a few days away from my wedding and my poor cousin who made the appointment had no idea. So when things came to a finish, it was time to pay. I tipped her generously and she should've been grateful. But instead, she told me that the tip isn't enough and maybe because I didn't know any better? And she stood there until I paid her more. If I wasn't in a time crunch and already stressed for the wedding, I would've made a huge deal. No tech should ever pressure their customers the way this woman did. Her name is Ivy I believe. I will never come back here again.

No hables mal de la gente en español porque podemos entender!This place is beyond unprofessional. They were talking about me the whole time I was there in spanish, which I can perfectly understand. I asked the technician to fix the shape of my nails because she did a horrible job and she kept ranting along with the other two technicians. The service is poor and they are very rude. The place is so empty which explains everything.. do not waste your money here.

It was my first time trying this place. I went to go get my mani and pedi done for my wedding day. Ivy did such a great job on gel nails for both my fingernails and toenails. I got white and pink ombre for my nails and it came out so beautiful and perfect. I have short nails so I know it's really hard to work with my nails and make it look nice but with her long experience in this industry, she knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend IVY!! won't be disappointed by her service :)

We live in PA and I come to this salon because my family lives in Fort Lee. And, I have been coming to this salon since the salon first opened! But, I will not come here anymore since I found another salon close by with a MUCH better service! I made my appointment 5 weeks ahead for my daughter's senior prom on 5/13. Since we live in PA, I made the appointment for Friday evening (5/12). And, I made my appointment with the same technician for both my daughter and I, back-to-back. I booked with the same technician because she was the only person I used! I even called a week before to confirm it! Due to Friday afternoon traffic from PA to NJ, we left earlier than normal. But we still ended up more than 30 minutes late! As frustrated as I was in traffic, there was nothing else I could do but cancelled appointment for myself and still keeping my daughter's appointment since her senior prom was on the next day. My technician then told me there was only one appointment made under her name and that she can't take anyone anymore! Apparently, the lady who initially made the appointment for me made a mistake and the lady who confirmed with me a week before also made the same mistake! But instead of trying to solve the problem for me, I was just told, 'sorry! I am busy!' She did not care even knowing I am not just an old customer, I am also a customer who was willing to go through all the troubles to travel this far to go to her. At that point, I was so frustrated! While stuck in traffic on Main Street, we saw another nail salon and went in. Although that salon was busy, they were happily helping us at such last minute and we were very happy at the end result! Almost 5 months later, I called them again to try to get an appointment. I was meeting up a friend at a bakery across the street before hand so I thought it was convenient to just go to them. Well I was told that the technician doesn't want to take me anymore and said I was mean to her! Unreal! I went back to check my text and even asked my friend to read my text for me to find any rudeness. All I said was I am very upset with the schedule mixed up and that I found another salon while stuck in traffic on Main Street. How unprofessional! I definitely would suggest if you still want to go here, make sure they have your appointment correctly! Confirm, confirm, AND CONFIRM!

The service here is amazing. Staff are beyond friendly and very accommodating. Traffic made me late to my appointment and they still took me in. Ivy is the absolute best. Let me tell you something, Tutti Nail Salon and Spa undeniably deserves more than 3.1 stars. I happened to visit once during an impromptu trip to Fort Lee and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. They were beyond kind, gentle and patient, paying careful attention to detail. It was this service that made me travel from upstate NY just to do my nails. I had my nails done my Ivy and she spent TIME on me. I would definitely go back again, and recommend her to anyone.

Don’t waste your money , the place is absolutely garbage. They’re use bad quality of nail polish and gels. I went to the store 3 days ago and I got a gel manicure but the day after the gel was took off from my nails, I extremely sad , spent a $100 for just couple hours that’s crazy, I hate this place for sure.
