Love coming here because they’re always so personable and knowledgeable about their products. I found this shop on a walk two years ago and fell in love with it and the energy (as well as the owner Claudia who is amazing!!) I receive when shopping here. If they don’t have what I’m looking for they recommend something better and they haven’t let me down. I love their events too… I’m able to discover new products I haven’t considered and mingle with members of my community! 5 stars for Top Shelf!

This place is way too overpriced
I passed by for some casual orange wine and spent $60 on bottles that typically go for $12-15

I had the worst experience as a customer in the parking lot of this business in two separate occasions. The first one I let go because I had a relative that used to live in that building. The second experience was the same thing -a lady who is one of the employees there was pushing me out of the parking lot backing out in a Black Audi SUV while I was waiting for someone that was shopping for wines in there. The right thing to do as an employee is to inform the customer you are going to be leaving, but this lady seems to be lacking some basic manners. She proceeded each time to basically kick me out of the parking lot, I thought my car was going to get hit…crazy world we are living !I prefer to shop somewhere else now where the customer will be appreciated. There is too many competitors with great variety of Liquors and excellent customer service in the area, rather shop over there.

Wonderful local liquor store! They have a great selection and seem pretty knowledgeable on the inventory. I had a million questions and the employees were more than glad to answer all of them. Everyone seemed so nice (although busy) feels like a real family owned business, I’ll be back!

I was in store waiting to paid but the registered lady so rude. No welcome customer service the way she talked and treat me was so bad. Yes, I was waiting behind scratch lotter sign to decide which onece I should buy some.Also I saw gentleman talk with her. They look happily so I wait one she asked me to register.The mood changed and be cold to. I even asked "Are you ok?" as I be in customer service industry for 12 years but the way she replyed cold and told me it 17$. So I decided to leave not buy anything. Sadly, store really closed to my house. I feel like I got a humiliate or unfair treat by customer service staff.6/16/23 at 3.40pm be careful who your hire for. You lost one customer here. I was treat good every time but definitely on this day. Also I just want to be review so they get a be better training for customer service but all I got after is doesn't seem any better. I wish the owner know but if that the way of owner supported then I would understand.

I just want to take the time to send my appreciation to the ENTIRE Top Shelf Liquors staff. I moved to fort lee just in January and they treat me soo well to the point I feel like I’m apart of the family. If anyone was to go there and have the slightest bad experience then they are not in the right state of mind. Clearly someone who would complain about their services needs a drink because maybe things at home isn’t going the way as planned so they rather take their frustrations out by turning to liquor which they do not condone. It’s a super friendly family owned business and I appreciate the service that they provide for the community. Thanks everyone! Love & Blessings.

This liquor store was well organized. I didn't find some of the liquor items I was looking for. But, It did not detract from the large assortment of other liquor items I could choose from. It has a very nice atmosphere inside to make any person's visit quick and enjoyable.

Overprice place, I don’t recommend this place to buy, for a bottle of wine that cost maximum $15.00 they charged me $23.45 (Josh Cellars Cabernet)
