“I went last Friday, 11/1, because I had a flat tire. My tire blew out and they changed it for me as well as two other tires that needed to be changed quickly and explained the breakdown of the cost before any work was completed. I wasn’t pressured into doing more like some mechanics try to do and they were really nice and informative. 5 stars! I will definitely be back!!”

Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. “The service was fast and efficient. Chris kept me updated on what he will be doing to my vehicle. The new rims and tires fits my vehicle perfectly. He ensures that my tires were balanced and the tire pressure monitor was replaced without any extra cost. All his staff was great and polite.. “After a bad accident on 78w in NJ I bent every single arm in my rear passenger side of my show car, Mercedes and Joe, both managers, went above and beyond to get my car back driving properly. Joe personally worked on my car all day until everything was perfect and safe to drive my children in. He was even mindful and took precautions with my air suspension and knocked out the dent in my corner panel so I can still air out without slicing my tire, until I was able to get the body work done. Five star service and everyone is family.”

“Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.”

“My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! “Good evening I wanted to share my experience with DNS automotive. I was looking for a used car because I didn’t want a huge car payment right now. They had a 2011 ford fusion I went there and did the credit and tested the car and loved it. They were amazing very nice offering us water while we waited made the whole experience wonderful. They offered a warranty on the car if anything went wrong bring it back and they will take a look. Also the bank offered a two year warranty. I got the car home and later in the afternoon the power steering wasn’t right. I called DNS right away and that night they came out and checked it the next day they came back and took the car to the shop repaired the power steering and the O2 sensor at no cost to me. I was very happy with the outcome the car runs great we’ve taken it to Hershey and Philly on two separate occasions since I bought it last month. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a used car, I have to say I went to a small used car dealer a long time ago and was treated horribly. So I was afraid to go to another one but with this experience I would rather go back to them when I need another car in the future.”
