I cannot recommend The Hanbok enough! I went through Jasmine and The Hanbok team for my mom and mother-in-law's hanboks for my wedding. The hanboks were absolutely stunning, and both moms received so many compliments from family, friends, and other guests on the wedding day.
Jasmine and her team are so knowledgeable and talented - they helped customize the hanboks, so that it was perfect for each person. My mom had a specific color and design in mind, and Jasmine was able to bring my mom's vision to life. My mother-in-law was wearing a hanbok for the first time, and was not familiar with styles or colors that would best suit her. The Hanbok team guided her through the different styles and colors recommended for the summer season, and together, they designed a beautiful hanbok. Most importantly, both moms not only looked amazing, but also felt amazing, and there really isn't a better feeling than that :) Whether you've worn many hanboks in the past or you're looking to wear one for the first time, Jasmine works with you to create the most special hanbok for your occasion.
Thank you to Jasmine and The Hanbok team for creating beautiful hanboks for my moms, and for making the process so fun and comfortable for all of us. And thank you for helping me share a little part of our Korean culture with my new family! Seeing our moms in their hanboks during the ceremony was one of the most beautiful and heartfelt part of our wedding day! I look forward to the day when I can work with Jasmine and her team again!

Over the years, our family have used the hanbok for weddings, 1st birthdays, and family photos. Jasmine and her team has exceeded expectations every single time. We feel lucky to have a vendor who is so passionate to curate every event to perfection. Hanbok is the easiest way to hold on to korean traditions. Our kids look forward to events where they get to wear new hanboks.

The Hanbok was an amazing partner to work with for our wedding! We wanted to perform a fusion of our cultural ceremonies and they were very excited about our idea and were able to adjust their pricing for us because we only wanted to rent the groom’s paebaek outfit. We also rented paebaek decorations they provided which included 3 imitation foods, a pair of mandarin ducks, and traditional table clothes including a cloth for catching chestnuts. All the decorations were beautifully ornate and they really made our celebration extremely special. They were extremely responsive to questions and easy to coordinate with. We cannot wait to go back to The Hanbok for future celebrations!

The staff was exceptionally professional and caring, ensuring our satisfaction at every step. We used The Hanbok for multiple services for our wedding - pyebaek ceremony, custom hanbok orders, and rentals for family members. Everything turned out so beautifully! The quality and colors of the fabric and garment construction are amazing. Jasmine and her team did a great job throughout the whole process for fittings and selections. The Hanbok team helped us change into and out of our outfits and provided explanations to the guests during the pyebaek and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the ceremony and we are so glad that we were able to incorporate this tradition during our wedding day!

Top notch experience. We rented hanboks for our baby’s dohl—they were super communicative, answered questions right away, and were flexible in making appointments. The store is clean, beautiful and everyone working there is knowledgeable and pleasant. And of course the hanboks we rented were top notch quality and a lot of variety. I have a lot of experience renting hanboks from some of the best places in Seoul and this place is comparable to Seoul!

We rented hanbok for both mothers of bride and groom and it was beautiful. We received many compliments from our guests how beautiful our mothers looked in hanbok on our wedding day. The staffs at the Hanbok were very professional and helpful and the process was easy and smooth from the day for fitting to the day of return. Highly recommend to those who need to either rent or buy hanbok for events!

Thank you so much to The Hanbok team! I rented a beautiful hanbok for myself and my fiance for our engagement photos last year. We were so pleased with the service & the quality of the hanboks that we brought our mothers in to rent their hanboks for our wedding. Although The Hanbok allocated a lot of time for our appointment, we picked the first one that she recommended. She takes into consideration what kind of event it is, what color matches your skin tone, and all the little details that truly matter. Because I wasn't able to pick the hanbok up directly and had to send someone else, they kindly texted me the instructions so the process would go smoothly. We will definitely be renting from The Hanbok anytime we need traditional Korean clothing. Thanks again!

Love this place! I came in to rent hanbok for my baby’s first birthday party (dohl). My baby had hanbok gifted from korea so it was just myself and hubby that needed. I wanted to make sure my baby stands out the most and her hanbok color to pop! And when they saw my babys hanbok they knew which ones we suit the best. They were very professional at their job and i felt like i can depend on their decisions. If you are looking to rent hanbok, please come here! They will give you 100% satisfaction. I will definitely come back here again to rent hanbok for my future wedding for my moms!

Liked the experience with them. Couldn’t find a better quality and design anywhere. The trial fitting shot and the actual fitting shot can be different since the full fitting is with way more steps and layers.

My experience with The Hanbok was beyond my expectations. Not only did they have great quality and variety of hanboks, their customer service was impeccable. They even went out of their way to talk to my cleaners! I highly recommend The Hanbok.
