Walked in looking to sit & have a cigar Sat Feb 17th 3:45pm, the person working walked up to me and asked rudely “what do you want” I said a cigar! He made me feel unwelcome! But since I’m not a member just ignored it, felt like he was down my back! I grabbed my cigar said I’d like to sit in the members area, he said I could sit in the non member area, he mentioned it was $20 to sit in that area, I said ok that’s fine I wanted to watch the domino game, he charged me I paid and when I went to walk into the members area said no! I was confused he didn’t charge me for the members area only but I didn’t know that, he replied I should have known that I didn’t pay and should have told him. How would I know that if I’m going for a cigar I’m looking for a good smoke and not looking at price! This older man should do a better job not everyone is up to no good, not to toot my own horn but I’ve smoked many great cigars & the experience is usually that of a gentleman’s environment, I stopped in because I was in the area and for now I’ll just finish my cigar, move on and remember not to stop in this place.

Last night I bought a few cigars, while talking and asking employee if he has a hole punch since that's the end cut I like, Some regular customer sitting there ask if I wanted a actual punch showing with his fist up in the air. Like really, holiday's around the corner he had nothing better to say. No that isn't a joke no one was laughing. Employee said nothing. Every disrespectful. not my first time going there but it will be my last

Good place to go with a member. Ventilation needs work since you and your clothes will smell for days.

Very nice place. The cigar shop i frequently visit was closed so I stopped by this place. Glad I did. I will be back! The gentleman working the counter was very accommodating.

I visited this place with my husband and we bought a few Davidoffs and we started to smoke them and they didn't smoke well at all at the same time their were some very shady characters coming in there and hanging out as well as some individuals blast gangster rap music. We won't be going back, it's very disappointing.
