T-mobile is mediocre but this store is poorly run. Head over to the north bergen store(by petsmart) for faster hassle free service and also take advantage of the 3.5% sales tax!

T Mobile is changing for the worst. They offered me a free (so called Free) Watch but it wasn't they want monthly payments plus add a line. They told me after being a customer for over 19 yeas we have a gift for you..BS.. Its hidden game ..Don't trust them

I came with my girlfriend to get a new phone and when it came time to get my information my i.d was expired by a few days. And I understand that, so we come back with the passport and it is slightly busy in the store. An older gentleman cane to help us but told us to wait so one of the younger people can help us. To make a long story short, and many people getting helped before us, we ended up waiting an hour just for a lady to tell us we can't do anything because I'm under someone's plan. A total of 2 hours wasted because people couldn't tell us this from the start. I would give a less than 1 star rating if I could for customer service.

I visited there today after having some issues to activate my phone. When I visited the store, a rep named Sofia was NOT helpful. Did not even try to listen to our issues, saying that there is nothing she can do to help us. I advise do not waste your time going instore, online representatives are much nicer and are ACTUALLY trying to help you. Avoid Sofia, other representatives seem they are actually willing to listen and help customers.

I came in with my boyfriend to buy him a new phone for his birthday. We had to leave to get his passport because his ID expired a week and half ago. Once we came back with the right documentation, we waited over 45 minutes to get assisted while we watched other people get help before us. In the end, he was told that we couldn’t buy the phone since he was under his mom’s plan and she needed to be present. I just don’t understand why that couldn’t have been said right from the beginning. The female employee who told him his ID was expired mentioned how he was under his mom an hour earlier but didn’t inform us that she needed to be there to actually get the phone. This was a waste of time and honestly, I just understand why a couple extra sentences earlier in the interactions couldn’t have been said.

Steer far away from this place. What an awful experience I had here. The manager Harry was totally useless. I have been a customer of T-mobile for over 10 years. I went their to purchase a new phone. My license had my first, middle and last name and my tmobile account is in my middle name same last name and address and then I showed him another picture ID with my whole name and he proceeded to give me a hard time. Needless to say I stormed out of there without a phone. If this is how T-Mobile store's treat there customers I have to rethink my phone carrier. Poor, Poor customer service:(
