“Spectrum’s latest offering: VIP treatment based on nationality? Witnessed a clear display of favoritism when a Korean service representative allowed another Korean lady to waltz past everyone, while the rest of us were treated to a lovely shout-fest. Perhaps they’ve redefined ‘customer service’ in their dictionary? If there’s an award for bias and ineptitude, Spectrum’s definitely in the running. Would give negative stars if possible.”

The best service we have ever received is from Melissa who contributes to the Fort Lee headquarters at 2040 Lemoin Avenue.She is very professional, has excellent job knowledge and is very educatedMy husband and I are very pleased with her service, we appreciate it a lotThanks to her service, today we have chosen to give up three other telephone and home internet lines and sign an agreement with Spectrum ?Also a special thanks to the store manager Lynn her service was also excellent ?

I have had Spectrum in the past, and the most recent history, and it served me well. You get a heads-up anytime there's some cable network that needs to be fixed in the neighborhood, and the internet speed is primarily tremendous and beyond compare and affordable. I get crystal-clear images and great soundbites.

I have to say Lynn and Juan they are the best employees I have ever met, they should have closed at 8pm. Since my account transfer had not been activated. They worked until 8:42pm. I kept apologizing and they kept saying it was okay. I have never found such patience from a mobile service company in person. In fact I was only going to try Spectrum mobile for a while. But the services of both of them really made me feel at ease. I think next time there is any problem, I would like to come to this Spectrum store again. Because I believe they can try their best to help me.

Went to go replace my modem because it kept turning off. From the beginning the rep had an attitude which was a surprise since she's usually nice but she must have had a bad day. Anyways, after a quick swap of equipment I came back and installed the modem, and it kept telling me to activate. I call Spectrum to find out that the rep had deactivated my line and now I have the displeasure of waiting for a tech to comeout and activate the line. It was literally a faulty equipment swap. Next time, im just gonna get it shipped over the phone so mistakes like this can be prevented.

I came in to simply drop off my equipment after spectrum kept raising the price while lowering my speeds. I was told to sign in on a tablet and wait to be called. Meanwhile other people who just walked in and didnt sign in was helped before me and i was forced to just sit here and wait. Unbelievable. Id give these people 0 stars if i could

It truly was a very positive experience to have Brian help me out today - 3/9/23 - in the Spectrum Office in Fort Lee, NJ. Brian was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He guided me through different plans for cable internet / phone services that were available. With Brian's assistance, I was able to make an educated decision. Overall, Brian was very polite and professional. I appreciated his help with my matter.Hats off to Brian for going above and beyond.

If you're not buying something new the staff treats you like garbage. Customer for over 30 years. Representive was rude and condescending. I'm cancelling my account. Spectrum look into your hiring practices. Your reps are terrible.
