Shame on you...my half sister lost her mother and amidst all the things she has to do to handle her moms decedent affairs, she has the responsible presence of mind to cancel her cable and send the equipment to you. For that she gets a disrespectful phone call from a child, saying, "we don't believe she's dead" and requesting a death certificate. How dare you. If you need a death certificate, public records is available. We as a country need to stop doing business with companies that don't even give the grace of respect. She should have thrown their equipment in the trash.

Worst service.
There was only one customer, so I lined up behind him to return a rented router. The employee sees me and continues to ignores me for 10min even after he was done with his customer.
At this point, there was a long line behind me. Then, he mentions that I need to sign in using the kiosk which made all the ppl to sign in first and I had to wait for another 10-20min to return the router which cause the whole delay and eneded up with parking ticket. He was very rude with the whole process.

The person who helped me and my husband was his name manny he is verrly good and helped us a lot . I recommend manny to this store he is good and give you good options that we can afford. He speak and explained to you clearly and were both confused so we call him and he has helped us thru it. God bless Manny.

Drive 4 hours round trip to help our neighbor get assistance for a locked out iPhone and the person at the counter had no interest in helping. She just took out the sim card and played with the phone, added a new sim card didn’t give us the PUK CARD that is so important to have! Took 7 minutes to be in and out of this store! Plus had to pay to park! Counter girl had no clue what a “PUK CARD” was!?♀️ Why is she even working there. Didn’t ask my neighbor for her account number details at all. My neighbor gets excellent service at Spectrum in NC!!!! Plus you are the only Spectrum store in the entire state of New Jersey!

Spectrum has a horrible retention program. With Cable, after calling several times to get the bill lowered, I left and went to streaming only - then all of a sudden Spectrum sent many offers to come back at a lower rate. Right now, I am dealing with the same thing for internet service. Once I leave again, I will be gone for good. Spectrum needs to have better rates for long standing customers or those of us whom have been loyal customers will split and go to Verizon Fios and never return! Learn your lesson they key is to retain your already existing customers!

The Spectrum Internet center is a nice center to visit.All of the agents there are quite knowledgeable, understanding and helpful.
