DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE Traveled from New York, forgetting that in New Jersey the gas gets pumped for you. My fiance pumped the gas being that staff was busy also socializing rather than just reminding us. The manager along with another staff member proceeded to get very aggravated rather than just taking over as she was still pumping gas and started yelling asking “why is she touching my pump”. I later asked if my card would be charged twice and the MANAGER named “Navi” got upset again and told me if i had such a bad issue to just call the cops over a billing issue? I proceeded to go inside to speak to another employee that was actually an amazing help and he just reassured us let us know to call the our banks etc, which angered the manager even more. I told the employee that was a great help that he should get a promotion because of his presentation of hospitality, that also triggered the manager to begin yelling at him accusing him of wanting to take his role as a manager.
I understand it’s hot and maybe the heat is getting to his head but noticing that there are many other negative comments and that this gas station doesn’t have any positive reviews I will just proceed to never visit that station again.The behavior not only to customers but also his own employees is disgusting PLEASE GET RID OF THAT MANAGER SHELL!
Once again rather than working they were socializing but upset when you lose patience?!?!

BITCOIN amazing purchase! Recently, I went into the store a while getting gas and I noticed they had a bitcoin ATM machine. I made a purchase and it was so easy on my way back into Manhattan I know I’ll be back to buy bitcoin here from now on that. It is so close to Manhattan and so easy to make a purchase!

Never have I ever given any gas station at that matter 1 star review I asked for 20 dollars worth a gas and he filled me up and was such a jerk when I told him this. If he had just said sorry that’s my bad I would have been okay. Your employee Karan is horrible.

When I asked the receipt after the fueling at 11 pm. Only staff who fueled were little mad at me and made me wait 5 minutes inside
This is not a service you want and very suspicious because you do not provide the receipt right after the fueling
I am afraid this could be possible credit card fraud
I did not ask the name. He was on hat
I understand he was working hard at night and next customer is waiting
I was always got the receipt and this was first time he want me to wait or get inside
Nobody was inside the office
Kind of rude and ill mannered

I want to this station, the guy with the earrings got upset about tips, the tips is not required nor forced , people can give tips if they feel appreciated, but this guy is so stupid and dumb and he told me he owns the station what kind of owner is going to be mad about customers if they don't give him tips what a low life I'm sure somebody's going to break his ugly face soon .

I went to this station on the Dec 25th , and I got insulted my the guy with earrings for no reasons whatsoever, rude disgusting ignorant uneducated human being , he should NOT in contact with customers at all.People take your business somewhere else where you can appreciated .

They declined my credit card they asked me for cash I saw and I told them they saying only cash and when I try myself that’s working and told them my card is working so why you telling me that my card was not working and that young Indian guy said I’m not giving you gas they cancelled I was so mad they asked cash got tips

On Monday evening November 6th approximately 8:00 p.m. I stopped at this gas station to request a fill up before I cross over GWB into NY. There was also 18 wheeler park on the opposite side of the pump making a purchase as well. I give the gas to attended my Shell credit card to fill up my tank since I only had a quarter tank remaining. (Remember New Jersey is one of the few States that's remaining that you're not allowed to pump your own gas) About 4 minutes later the attendant came back to my vehicle, closed the tank and handed me back my card. I pulled off and after 3 minutes of driving I decided to look at my gas needle and noticed it was in the some position that it was in when I first arrived at the gas station.I exited off the highway and found my way back to the station, I went inside and requested to speak to the manager and explain to him what happened and asked where was the gas being pumped into, and how much I was charged, and why wasn't I given an receipt?The manager and two additional employees including the attendant that I gave my card too seems not concern to what I'm saying or asking as if I will go away without any answers. (Sorry, wrong guy) the truck driver was giving him 600.00 cash and I only have a minivan which can only take about 55.00 to fill up. So at that time I knew this is very suspicious, something is going on and I'm going to get to the bottom of this. They asked me "how much was I charge"? I said "I have no idea I gave the attendant my gasoline card and requested a fill up which can be any amount".I mentioned that you should be able to look at your computer and see how much each pump individual transaction was within the last 10min. The manager states he needs to know the charge amount.Just as I was about to give up arguing with the manager I received a email and a text message from Shell Citibank of fraudulent activities and to please contact or just press 2 for no I didn't make this purchase. I pressed 2 and my call was directed to an operator. I explain what happened and they canceled the card and declined both transactions they also put this establishment into their system for fraudulent behavior.I want to warn all drivers to bypass this gas station, I do not want this to happen to another person. Please bypass this station on route 46 and go to the next one or any other. Do not give them your business unless you giving them cash or you will find yourself in a confrontational situation and they will constantly deny any wrong doing, and act as though they have no idea what happened.A friend of mine just been informed me of the scheme that these people do and I will now expose the scheme so this doesn't happen to you. About 80% of them usually take the extra money and send back to their country to help fund many terrorists groups.In this case there was a 18-wheeler using the opposite pump and his total was $600 and the driver was paying for cash as I was directly across the opposite pump using the card. What they do is charge the card to the unknowing consumer such as yourself or I and take the cash from the truck driver. (Double Dipping) that way they have been paid twice. Money for the business and money to send to their country. (Now I understand why they were trying to be hush hush when the driver and myself was in the store at the same time.)His last words to me was "my pumps are not working use the gas station down the block".Also, people please be aware they are only answering you with cut and paste template all answers are basically same /similar They will not do anything and they are not looking to address any issues.Wow, after reading so many negative reviews at this Shell gas station, I'm going to take this a bit further and through all the proper channels of New Jersey State

Shell Gas station employee gets mad when you don't tip for gas. He lie if he remembers you and tell you their no regular gas so then you have no choice then to leave. I will update this review next time I'll go.
