Please be careful with this management company. I left this property this July, but they have never returned my deposit.It has been over 3 months.Even though I asked them so many times, they don't reply most of the time and sometimes respond such as" Your deposit will be refunded via check" or "Our office is closed this week due to their holiday" and they didn't do anything after that.Their business is suspicious and unclear.

Called and emailed several times with no reply. Even visited the location and security didn't know how we get in touch with the leasing/management office. Does anyone actually work here? I see several units available so I assume they'd be looking to fill them.

Very bad management. I stayed there for over two years and the theatre room was never functioning and when you bring it up to them, they blow you off. You hold back money until they fix it.. they don't fix it. They just send you to collections. They want all the money but want to provide NONE of the service. I'm ADA.. they didn't provide me an ADA apartment and when the elevators are down.. they tell me tough cookiesThe owners of this place are the real world representation of every negative stereotype you can think of when it comes to a Brooklyn Hassidic Landlord.. No really.. EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE STEREOTYPE. These are the type of people that feed Kanye West fuel for his rants. These people have no integrity. They just want your money but don't want to provide the services that comes with it. I tried to work with them... They just told me to f*** off... Don't live here.. don't even think about moving here.. go elsewhere..

The Supervisor of this building and his daughter are very unpleasant, unkind, and abuse the guests who visit this place for a while.Knowing that his daughter is at fault, he rudely tells customers that they shouldn't park in the wrong way

Trying to lease an apartment and it’s impossible to determine if anything is available on the website and you can’t get through to anyone at the property. Not the leasing office, super, or concierge.

Loved living here. I’ve lived here with my 2 kids. It’s a great place for us because it’s so close to everything and we have so many nice amenities. It's super convenient and close to Linwood plaza.Talk to Judy today about available space.She helped our stay a memorable one.I can’t say enough. Vickie, the manager, is so helpful. Tiffany is so kind to everyone and response relatively well.We have had nothing but great things to say about The Ridge Pointe from the moment we moved in to leaving. We will miss this place.Can’t complain.
