The best vet ever. All staffs are very caring and provide the best service. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and friendly. I live in NY but travels to NJ as my dog feels safe and comfortable at Red Roof.

Our dog is pretty hard to handle when it comes to "non-family members". since we moved, we went to different places but none of them were able to handle our dog. so we decided to drive little further and went back to Dr.Kim who we used to visit. She was very helpful to have our dog getting vaccinated and spayed. all the staff members were very patient with her through out our visit. Definitely will keep coming back!

After learning about Red Roof Animal Hospital, I have been recommending it to my friends. The doctor is really nice and everyone who works with him is like family. I liked the teacher's material because he explained everything in a very easy way. I'm glad you pointed out some of the things I misunderstood. My babies also don’t get nervous when they go to the hospital. Thank you all for your hard work!!

I've been taking my cats to Dr. Jaclyn Kim for years, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Every visit is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Kim has consistently impressed me with her knowledge and genuine love for animals. She takes the time to address all my concerns and makes sure my cats feel comfortable during their visits. Thanks to Dr. Kim's long-term care and new arthritis injections, our 13-year-old Maltese is still active and running around like a young puppy.
Poodles that have had allergies since childhood now rarely scratch due to consistent treatment.
We always provide you with confidence in accurate diagnosis and treatment. Above all, I feel grateful every time I go because they are kind and genuinely care about our dogs.
The staff are also friendly.
My close friend's poodle was very shy, but when he was hospitalized with a leg fracture, he took such good care of it. He said he was impressed by how well the poodle followed Mr. Kim, and introduced me to Red Roof Animal Hospital. Because of that relationship, I have been going there for over 10 years.

Dr. Kim is great-- she is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She was able to treat my dog's vomiting issue that no other vet could figure out. I just wish I came to her sooner, right from when my dog was a puppy, and that would've saved my dog and myself a lot of trouble. I always have so many questions, and she is always happy to take time to answer them. The staff are great too-- they are all so kind and gentle with my dog, and making appointments is very easy. Also, Dr. Kim doesn't go overboard with diagnostic tests/imaging, etc. and will only do what is strictly necessary. I live an hour away and still come here to see her because there is no other vet that I would trust with my dog.

I had purchased my fur baby from a breeder. Two days later my baby develop a cough and wheezing. I researched a vet near me and the Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital was the closest. The staff were so nice and pleasant. The vet was amazing she gave my baby some meds and he 's much better now.

The intimate atmosphere of the office, combined with the personal care everyone provided, made for a very good experience when my 17-year-old cat required surgery to remove a tumor. The cost was what I would expect for this kind of procedure.

My dog Kora is a GSD 6Y/O and can be very protective of me. Kora did not like my last vet who scared her upon meeting. For me, my last vet was in a rush, did not take the time to get to know kora or explain things thoroughly.
Just moved into the area, and was looking for a new vet And chose Red Roof since it was close to my home and I have NO regrets!! The whole team was super gentle with Kora and despite Kora not being the biggest fan of men, Kora felt comfortable and safe with the 2 male vet techs. Dr. Kim was also amazing because she took the time to get to know kora, explain every detail, and answered all my questions. Kora needed a lot of things done, but I expressed to them that cost is an important factor to me. The tech went through all the costs in the beginning and we created a plan/timeline to space everything out accordingly. Thank you!

Recently I had to put my mom’s cat Jasmine to sleep. My mom has passed away and this cat meant everything to me. I took her to Red Roof and I’m so so glad I did. This situation was out of no where and I was just devastated. The doctor and the assistant were absolutely the best. Kind, patient, and let me be with her as long as I liked. They were so attentive to my Jazzy. I’ll never forget this wonderful animal hospital. If I get another cat in the future this is going to be my new place to take him or her <3 They also have wonderful options for trinkets for memories. Like paw in clay, paw in ink, and cremation boxes. And they sent me a beautiful condolences card for her. I just received it yesterday. You can just see how much red roof loves animals. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Red Roof.

Dr. Kim and her team are absolutely exceptional in their services and animal care. Extremely knowledgable in ensuring the best course of action. For years, I've relied extensively on Dr. Kim in the care of my 3 cats and they're all happy and healthy thanks to her.
