This morning was our first time having puppy love groom our Fur baby and honestly we’re not please or happy with his results we washed him prior out of consideration it’s your first time meeting him, they stated he didn’t allow them to cutt down his nails and that was the main service we needed for him. Seems like a tardy and careless job he looks like he wasn’t even touch or washed. We won’t be going back there again.

I sent my dogs to your shop because I trust this place! Dogs are like our family member ! USE DOGS MAKE Money to keep your business I totally understand But You should train your workers with kindness and professionalism!

I didn't like the place. Horrible owner! We have explained how we wanted the dog to be groomed and the owner has agreed. She said she had understood everything. The dog was horribly shaved. Without any layers. Every single decoration was ruined. They didn't listen to our request to keep him unique. Ugly grooming. The dog was also traumatised and sick this day.

Friendly staff, specialized in small breeds. Lots of poodles. Gigi always looks great and we get tons of compliments and the prices are fair! She is always excited when I pick her up like she has a great day at school! She comes home and sleeps for hours! Also I love that they don't leave them our little ones in cages. There may be a max of 3-4 dogs there at one time.

Place is very clean and people who work there are very nice. However not listening to requests is the reason I will never return. We wanted certain things not touched as to keep to the breeds unique look and the request was ignored- They groom the way they want not what the customer requests. Also.. I reluctantly agreed to a shampoo ( she had just been bathed a week ago ) but I figured maybe if she smells nicer longer with their cleaning - I'll just have them do it from now on-- she did not smell much differnt when I picked her up even my shampoo cleaning would smell atleast better for a day.

Extremely satisfied with the cut. My 4 month old shih tzu came back happy and not anxious. They took their time to make my puppy comfortable.Very professional, will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Now named Maru Doggie Grooming. Well I really wanted to love this place and I came here with an open mind and a bit of desperation. I had accidentally started to groom my dog myself and went too low with the clippers on my doggies back. I knew then I was out of my league and needed to get her cut properly. Our normal groomer Primp & Play was booked way out - so I thought I'd take a leap of faith and try this place. No problems with the cleanliness or politeness of the groomer/owner Lexi. Very pleasant. The 1 STAR is for not following my instructions of leaving my dogs signature Mohawk style. She's had it that way for 8 of her 9 years and is known for it. This groomer chopped it off!!!! My shock when I came to get her 4 hours later to see this. Take all the time you need - but at least get it right!! The groomer says she couldn't do it. Well then at that point she should've phoned me to ask what to do! Leave the Mohawk long as it is, or permission to completely cut it off!!! I'm baffled by the poor decision to take it upon herself to do such a thing!! I even showed her pictures of my dogs groomed style. She never indicated that it would be a problem to do this style. What's worse is I still paid the full price of $60.00 and like an idiot still tipped her $10.00!!! I need my head checked! She could've refused the tip as well and a reduced rate for her big time mess up. Upon closer inspection- the job overall is not up to par. The legs are uneven and the blending is not good. Is it a better job than I was attempting? Yes- but it is a good job from a supposed professional? No. Bottom line- there's a reason Primp & Play has a long waiting list and is a bit more pricey. The quality is great. Good pricey lesson for me. Here's what I learned: wait for the good stuff...it's worth it!

The co-owner/groomer, a very nice lady named Lexi Yoon, did a beautiful job on our cocker spaniel Rosemary. We are very pleased with the Puppy Love Groomers, and will certainly come back. It's also in a pleasant location, with a parking lot in the back, is very clean and overall a nice place. She has a little border collie named Noah who greets you. But be careful not to let him escape, he is a young fellow and frisky. Would enjoy to go back there if for no other reason to pet him, he is friendly.

Jean sold this place recently and didn't tell anyone has anyone gone lately and could they tell me if the new groomer is any good? I'm very afraid to bring Sofia to someone I don't know. I took my dog in anyway and I'm not happy with the results.

Big disappointment!!! Made an appointment in advanced on Saturday. To come and find out the place is closed. Ruined plans for my day!!!! The owner never called back.
