I had a card with approximately $50 balance remaining on it but since they replaced the card machine, they refused to honor the card I had and refused to fairly compensate me. Do not go to this place if you don't want to get robbed. Will never go here again.

Been coming here for years and it has been mostly ok. The machines are not the best but they work and there's usually ample space to fold if you want to do that there. It's part of a stripe mall with a grocery store, CVS, bank, cafe and restaurants. I usually leave my cloths to wash and do some work at the cafe and then come back to put in the dry and do some grocery shopping. It's easy to run errands and get your laundry done. They have recently upgraded their card system so it's tap now and no more swiping. The cost of the all the machines have also increased and they now charged a fee to use credit card.

The place is clean and cheap. The owner is empathetic and compassionate. He hand delivered the clothes I gave him to wash and fold for free even though he doesn’t have that type of service because I am disabled. I usually drop off dry cleaning clothes these days, because they have great price for it and the results are above my expectations. They are a good and responsible neighborhood laundromat.

The owner will treat you like garbage if you late for a few minutes. He will ask another customers to dump your clean clothes in a dirty laundry cart. Plus, if you are unhappy with that, he will scream at you in front of everyone to make sure you feel ashamed! I was going there for years and every time I spent from $50-$70. I guess that’s what you deserve to be a loyal customer! Say goodbye to your money «friendly owner”!

I’ve had severely issues with the owners of this laundromat. The first of which the owners wife told my wife and I to hurry up and finish folding because they were closing. It was only 8 o’clock, so we threw the rest of our clothes and folded at home. Today was the last time I’m ever coming here again. Both the owner and his wife came up to me after I just finished putting my clothes in the washer and told me “ Make sure you take you clothes out of the washer as soon as it’s done washing, don’t go any where for two hours and then come back, stay by your machine.” I’ve never ran off and left my clothes for them to say anything like that to me and honestly I don’t appreciate that kind of service first thing in the morning. Aside from this, the dryers take for ever to dry your clothes the only ones that work are the ones they use for their dry cleaning/washing & folding service. You will spend a lot to dry your clothes here. Just a warning to others! There are better laundromats in the area!.. thank you ? kindly to the owners I’m never coming here again.

Staff helpful - units clean - Have left for wash and fold as well as self wash. My go to laundromat in Fort Lee area.

Sunday after Christmas been lookin for a not too busy laundromat and I found this one. They take card too . Which is a good thing for those ppl who don’t carry cash. Good prices and spacious which is good too! Had to dry my clothes for 50 mins and they still were moist. Def check on the driers they’re not the best. I hate wet clothes !
