I recently got my nails done here, and to say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. The staff seemed unhappy to be there. I saw one of them roll their eyes at a customer's tip after they left. This was during a pedicure, and after experiencing it twice, I don't want to go back because of the off vibes. The manicure wasn't any better--they cut my cuticles too much, leaving me with bleeding fingers. They also appeared to use the same buffing tool for everyone, including on my bleeding fingers, raising serious concerns about hygiene.

I used to go to this salon pretty consistently about 6 months ago. I went back today and had a terrible pedicure. The technician made multiple bad cuts along the side of my toenails leading to bleeding and pain and a particularly bad cut along the side of my big toenail which should never happen. I have a cosmetology License in New York and can accurately state that the technique was not good. The sanitation at station was not great. It seems to have gone down hill I will not be back to this salon.

I asked the nail tech - Yujin, to not to file down my nail bed so much, she continued to do so. Nail techs should honor customers requests no matter what. She didn't speak to me a single words... yet when employees friends came, they were mon stop talking loud! Horrible customer service all the way around!!! My first time and will never go back again! I wanted to walk out in the middle of the service!

Mimi did my manicure and Jimena did my pedicure. Jimena removed my deeply embedded ingrown toe nails on both sides of my big toes and the calluses off my heels. She also gave me a foot massage with hot stones. I felt relaxed after their treatments. Great service! They are a bit expensive though since the above mentioned services cost me $68 plus the tip.

Worst Waxing experience ever
1.when I made the appointment over phone, receptionist said it’s $50 for Brazilian
When I checked out, she said it’s $65 to start with, very dishonest (I wouldn’t choose this one if they told me this price, apparently they know it as well)
2. The lady was extremely unprofessional. She was waxing my inch by inches, the whole process took 1h20min more. It was a torture the whole time. And when I spoke up, she was very impatient and said “ I know what I am doing “
3. After she finally done waxing, she applied some oil all over my private parts, literally rubbing it over. And the oil burns
4. I got a lot of bleed spots all over and the hair wasn’t even all gone
I now doubt they even own a certificate to wax, will check and report to local regulatory.
In sum, DONT GO

I highly recommend here. Especially, Yujin and Sharon are the best!! I appreciate Yujin all the time cuz she knows my nail, design and color better than anyone❤️

Such a kind place with kind people. My nails were horrendous before I came here and I got them done and love themmm!! The vibe is so much different and cozier than other places I've been too.

If I could give this place 0 starts i definitely would. I went to get a gel pedicure and acrylics done and was highly dissatisfied. My gel pedicure look like it was done by a 5 year old with missing spots that were not painted. The lady who did my nails was pushing on the skin under my nail so hard back that it was hurting me and I told her and she didn’t care. I asked for acrylics and instead she did something else and said “it’s better”. Not only did my nails look uneven and some bigger than the other but one of them came off ) days later !! It’s been 8 days since I got my nails done here and almost all of them are coming off. Not only did my nails look disgusting but it took them almost 3-4 hours for them to do it. During the end I had to leave and had to tell the lady if she’s almost done and she seemed annoyed. Not only was the customer service horrible and my nails came out looking like someone was practicing on my hand but they charged me $160. $160 just for nails I didn’t ask for because I specifically said I wanted acrylics and a gel pedicure that look like it was done by a 5 year old. I highly DO NOT recommend coming here and go spend your money some where worth it. Definitely not coming back here again.

We are on vacation from Miami and I was in desperate need of a manicure, so I was in the area and saw this place, went in and I was place on a chair right away and was Awesome! Mimi did an EXCELLENT job. She was very nice and took her time to do her job!! It was AMAZING! very happy!!!

Made an appointment for a mani and pedi. I arrived at around 6:15 and they were sweeping the floor. The woman that did my pedicure was openly looking at her cellphone while doing my pedicure. She also went to the back and spent time on her cellphone. I was sitting there wondering "doesn't she want to go home too?" Anyway my pedicure from 11 days ago is still looking fresh so I forgive her. The owner is not that friendly. The Korean woman that did my nails was nice and my gel polish (not the kind that you cure under the UV light) manicure is still looking good as well. They have the news on the TV so you won't be awkwardly staring at your nails or the nail tech. My manicure pedicure came out to be $50. Overall they do a good job.

So far the best place for me. I have been to this salon years. They know what customer wants and try their best to satisfy what customer needs. Everybody have different styles and they listen also recommend other available options they can provide. If you know what you want they will do perfect job!! Know what you want! I love Pink Nails Too!!!
