The manager is very rude! Was removed and banned and the cops were called because the manager couldn't tell me how to make a deposit. Incompetent to say the least. The security c Guard super rude. I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. DEF GOING TO CALL CORPORATE ABOUT THIS LOCATION

Do you want to get harassed? Do you want to to be given a top 5mins to get in and out of the bank to finish your thing? Do you want to be stopped, disciplined, and yelled at to learn their parking restrictions? Do you want someone to tell you that they will be 'watching you whatever you do here'? Do you want to be threatened that 'any damage to you or your car is your own business ... and even cops get no say here'? Do you want to be chased out of the lot like a dog? No body wants these, presumably. I knew because this was what my wife and I encountered at the parking lot of this branch on this Friday afternoon right before the Christmas. We had to run through the bank to get our deposits, and had to ask for the branch manager to safeguard us out, so that the parking lot guy could not harass us any more. No body wants their family and friends to experience this. At least I don't - I'm paying to be a customer, not to be a dog. That's why I'm sharing the story here and with everyone I know.

I wish I could give this more. The bottom line is that you'll be waiting in line. Every time I come here I end up waiting in line to see a bank teller. Then they try to push products on you at the teller line when you just want to get in and get out.

Best bank branch in North Jersey. Quick, efficient, friendly, fast. They have mortgage officers there, atms, drive through and the usual bank tellers.

Have to deposit sacks of quarters from my laundry rooms to my acct. Lots of people working. Managers, officers walk around probably 3 people doing one mans job. So two sacks were taken in somewhat reluctantly. 3 weeks gone by. No acknowledgement on line of the deposit. Had to go to the branch to inquire. They let me wait a while(10 min?) then came out to say I did not check on line it was posted today. What! A week later to inquire the second deposit of quarters. Same answer same thing did you check on line! When I check it was there posted that same day. Those are honest conducts of business. But why? Actually I came from another BA branch. Same game played in different ways. They always out of sacks. Why don't you use card systems. They frustrate you and recommend you to try other branches.

I just don't know how to say this without sounding like I'm exaggerating, but this is by far the worst bank I've ever experienced, EVER. As a bookkeeper/accountant I've dealt with my share of banks, and again, it doesn't get any worse than this. First, with a line of 8-10 account holders waiting for a teller, and only ONE available, a second staff member finally comes to help alleviate the back log. But the kicker here is that after seemingly finishing up with this customer and the rest still waiting, this teller began offering promotions to have this customer open an account while the rest of the customers were still waiting! I mean seriously? Second, their so-called customer service staff has to be the most clueless bunch I've ever come across, everything seems to require a quick pow wow with at least two of them to get one thing done. DO NOT GO HERE! It's too bad we can't give negative stars.

This is the worst branch I have been to.None of the employees are competent and all they make you do is wait because they feel like their time is more important. because of this location I switched to a different bank, good thing there is a chase around the corner.

Worst branch I dont understand why they have a drive thru teller but to get a withdrawal you need to come into the bank. Mind you i had two tots in the back seat and all I needed to do was take some cash out from my savings account. I understand that they have security procedures but even after showing them my license and debit card and my face out on the camera they still wanted me to come in only to make a sales recommendation. Worst ever! Save yourself the trip and go to a different branch that actually uses their drive thru system.

I absolutely hate Bank of America. So why am I giving them a good rating? Because it's not this branch's fault that they happen to be operating under a terrible bank. Their service here is really good. Tellers are very friendly, bankers are helpful, and they accommodate a large amount of people and parking. Bank of America, you can shove all your fees and conditions up your ass because I'm fed up with your bullshit. You should be lucky that your employees are half as good as they are. I wonder if its a coincidence that so many of the employees are moving to Chase..
