As a first time home buyer, I was lucky to have Mitello as my loan officer. He was elemental in helping me navigate the home buying process. Mitello was very professional and thorough. I was originally discouraged by the home buying process but after being referred to Mitello by a family member, he reached out to me and started the loan process. We closed in 35 days and that was over the Christmas holidays and during COVID! I could not ask for a better experience. Our rate is lower than everyone I’ve spoken to who’s house hunting right now and our loan would be considered a Jumbo Loan, but for the VA designation. Hello, for those of you who need a mortgage loan whether it'd be a new loan or refinance - this is your guy. He's helped me and my wife get my first home and two years later he's helped me refinance my home loan. I got an incredible rate and the savings were unbelievable.Not to mention, he makes the process go very smoothly. Unlike dealing with someone from the big banks, he actually has your best interest at heart. He has a quick response time and moves quickly and accurately and just get's it done.I almost never give a review, but this one must be done. I will say, I will only be dealing with him for any other home matter. If your a first time home buyer or need to refinance I encourage you to contact him. I promise you won't regret it.
