I took my BMW X5 to Smiles Auto because of a known engine oil leak, but the issue was mishandled, leading to even more problems. After supposedly repairing the car, the engine started making strange noises, eventually resulting in a broken camshaft—an unusual failure since that part typically requires significant pressure and torque to break. We had to bring the car back to the shop multiple times, and on two occasions, it stalled on the road, requiring tow truck assistance.
After months of frustrating communication with the owner, he finally admitted to buying another engine from a junkyard without consulting us, claiming it was a solution to avoid further costs. He tried to shift the blame onto us, insisting that he had to cover extra expenses out of pocket. When we asked for receipts to verify the engine's age and mileage, he claimed he had lost them. Even after replacing the engine with a used one, we continued to face random alerts on the vehicle after the shop's repairs.
I would not recommend this shop because of the owner's dishonesty, incompetence, and poor business practices. My experience has been a nightmare, and I would advise others to avoid this mechanic unless you’re prepared to go through what we went through.

I brought my tires to replace new ones. What I saw was hell, they were then attacking them with gasoline, Ave María santisima. It was a chapati that even came out charred.

Warning : This owner scammer. Using used parts. Make your car broken other things.Changed battery for my suv. It's out of it after 1 month. I noticed He replaced the regular sedan battery for my Suv. It could be used. Changed again with warranty. The problem happened again. He says it's not a battery problem. Changed other things. But the same problems happened again. Finally, I called towed company after a couple of months later. He says it's a battery problem. Replaced battery in another place. Still no problem for about two years.I think he changed the battery was used.

At first, I had high expectations as the owner of this place changed and the name changed to Smile. The owner of the previous company, Master Maintenance, did a good job, but the owner of Smile is young, so I expected him to do better, but he fell far short of my expectations and the service was a mess. The only thing I want to give a score to is because of the owner's seemingly kind and kind attitude. But overall service is very poor.
Reason 1 for not giving a star:
I went here to remove a nail from a wheel, but a few days later another tire punctured. When I visited again and removed the nail from the tire, I saw that the worker was pulling out the nail and just throwing it on the floor. Then, I or another car owner would step on that nail again and there would be another puncture... I picked up the nail that had fallen on the floor and looked to see if the worker was looking for it, but there was no sign of him trying to do so. So, if you go to fix the puncture, the puncture will happen again.
I told my family to come here and change the engine oil, but my wife went there twice to change the engine oil, but instead of giving me an Engine Oil Reset, they returned the car. At first I thought it was a mistake, but the second time I changed the engine oil, they didn't reset it.
The owner seems like a nice person, but if he can't take care of these things, there would be no reason for my family and I to come here. When changing the engine oil, the Dashboard Oil indicator should rest, and if there is a nail stuck in the wheel, the nail should be removed and disposed of by putting it in the trash can. If these basic tasks cannot be accomplished, consumers can visit a place that does them properly. I just want you to know that the owner of Smile Maintenance is chasing away long-time customers as a customer who has been visiting Master Maintenance for decades.

DO NOT COME HERE.Came with a flat tire. This place said they would replace it but have to get the tire from another shop. I was wondering why it took 6 HOURS to change my tire. They got a USED TIRE from some random place probably and tried to charge me $300 saying they changed it RIP OFF SCAMThe owner here will scam you with Used parts saying it's new.Services: Wheel alignment
