“I feel like I’ve lucked out with finding this gem in jersey city. The rates are reasonable, the perks are amazing (lunch included multiple times a week) and the amenities are beautiful, ergonomic and well maintained. Plus you really feel well taken care of by the in-house team. Highly recommend.”

“Harry, the notary guy, was so kind! He waited for us to arrive (even though he was supposed to leave at 5pm). We arrived around 5:15pm and he patiently took great care of us. He even walked out to witness my dad sign a document because dad can’t walk and he was in the car. The whole team there was so kind and attentive even though they were super busy. Can’t recommend them enough! Also, we called 3 other UPS locations and all of their guys had already left for the day and only took appointments.”

“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”
“I'm more than elated to give this store a 5 Star review in hopes that corporate sees this about DUANE . He is an incredible, kind, soft spoken articulate and a multitasker. I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. I know hard work when I see it. Good going !”

One customer walked in and said "I know I don't have any mail, I just wanted to say hi" while I was getting my mailbox set up. If the guys weren't so nice I would've thought it was a set up! Make sure to check out the work spaces in the basement. Really glad I found this place!”
