If I could give a lower rating I would! Be wary as they ruin and lose clothing.
I sent my Zimmermann Luminosity Liftoff Floral-Print Blouse to Magic Touch Clearers and it was totally with all petals burnt off and unidentifiable new stains. The owner told me to complain to Zimmermann for mislabeling the blouse as dry clean recommended. I've sent it to be dry cleaned twice in another city and had no problem before. It says dry cleaning is eco-friendly and organic. Don't trust them!
Also many years ago, they lost my mom's scarf but I didn't learn my lesson then. I tried to report them to Better Business Bureau but the store is not listed. Strange how it is cash business and not part of BBB.

The woman who is the owner is very unprofessional and ungracious.I have brought a number of clothing items here on 4 occassions.She always was disrespectful to me and rushed me in/out shoving the receipt in my hand. . Currently they have an anniversary special posted.But she is telling me that none of the clothing I brought in is part of that special.I am disappointed as this person is very unappreciative of good business.Disgusting customer service orientation.Shameful.There are many other dry cleaners in the area and hopefully others that appreciate business of a $150+ a week or more in dry cleaning services but this is not the place to support.D rating.

If i could give this business 0 stars i would. Sent in a zipper to be fixed on Monday told the owner of the store i needed it to be fixed for Saturday because i was wearing it to a wedding. She re assured me 100 times no problem no problem, come in Saturday she says oh sorry we couldn't fix it. You would think from Monday to Saturday they would try calling to let me know it wasn’t possible to be fixed come pick it up. Now i have nothing to wear to a wedding thats in 2 hours.And on top of that she wanted me to pay 1/2 the price because they decided to wash it for me.very very unprofessional, rude and money hungry. They just want a way to take your money. Do not go a place across the street is 10000% times better.
