My wife's phone stopped working 4 months ago. Have been on the phone with tech support every other day or so since then and have wasted my time with no avail. It's been confirmed that the problem is with the line. I asked then for my account number and pin, I was giv3n a big runaround. Finally after 4 months, I got the account number and pin. They kept charging for 4 month on autopay without the phone working. Finally they agreed to give me a 2 month refund for which I have been waiting for, for 8 business days. I was told I can't transfer the number till the refund has been issued. It's about to be 5 months now my wife will be without a phone. I am about ready to take a legal action

This is the second time I got incorrect data service charge in the month, the first time it happened I contacted customer service through online chat, that was on 6/20/2022 which is this Monday, and the representative told me he has turned off the data service for my plan, and I've disbled the mobile data on my cell phone right away. Today 6/23/2022 I noticed that there is another $7.** charge on data service, how could this happen with both data service turned off on the carrier side and mobile data turned off on my side???!!! And the customer service refused to refund me.

So, this service was fine for many years but now its not working properly. There is no answer from customer service (hang on for 2/3 hours and then disengagement). The chat helpline is noon existent and Locus Communications pond is permanently busy. Not good.

Used to use this company. Cancelled service long time ago but still being charged every quarter. ********* customers service numerous time via email and phone, provided credit card number and all transaction history with date and amount. They told me there is nothing they can do and just keep on charging. Be careful dealing with this company. Never sign up automatic payment.

Apparently this company believe that unlimited is limited. I use my phone a lot personally and they believe that I have an abnormal amount of use on my phone and cut it off. I talked to my job not even 30min of that amount of time and they considered it being commercial use from what the customer rep said to me. It shouldn't matter what I use my phone for or how long I use it if it claims to be unlimited which with the information they told me it is not. This company is completely fraudulent with the false advertising of unlimited calling.

Horrible service, I did not not even use all of my data and they cut it off and told me that i had used it all, I contacted them so they can fix the issue and they did not fix the issue at all. Then I had contacted the parent company Locus and they did not do anything telling me that they resolved the issue, and I told them that they did not and they have no written back to me RIP OFF STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO SERVICE
