I rented a van from them and they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I am thankful for all their help and if I was to rent a van again I would definitely rent from them again.... I highly recommend them.... the guy at the desk was so helpful and extremely nice!!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!! I rent a ban one week earlier they took my information credit card and everything and did my reservation everything was fine I did my reservation ahead of time and then When the day came they said the van was reserved by another person..... Unprofessional !!!

I am very angry with these people because they damaged my vacation, I booked a Transit van 4 days before my vacation event, they took my credit card and my personal information, then they showed me the van and I said ok, I will keep that one, so farting 2 days for my event they call me saying that the van was reserved, and I had still canceled with other companies because this was cheaper they are not professionals at all and their customer service is very bad, then they wanted to give me another smaller van and It smelled of pee and cigars and dirty inside, in the office it also smelled of cigarettes now I understand that cheap is expensive, I do not recommend that company to anyone (liberty rent van) is not a good option that is the truth

Honestly surprised by the other (negative) reviews I see. Last summer we were looking for a large capacity comfortable transit van for our group to take to an annual fishing trip. In this case, we had to drive 600-700 miles each way to catch a float plane, but needed the van for the 10-11 day total for the trip. My initial phone inquiry was handled professionally, they offered a very decent price. I went myself to put down the deposit and give driver information (and to preview the van!). Everything went smoothly, including my needing to later shift pick-up and drop-off days by one day. Van was ready on time and clean. Simple but through inspection and orientation (and later drop-off). Operated great! We WILL rent from them again! (Literally, the only "hassle" was that each person who was going to be a driver on the van needed to present their license etc in person... not a big deal, but a little inconvenient)

Rough 1st experience. Van was priced right but the expression "you get what you pay for" was on steroids here. Van was pretty beat up flooring was tore up in some spots and overall van was old with heavy wear and tear. I use rentals to supplement a business so I was nervous about my clients reaction to the poor condition. Then returning the van I really needed to get in and out first thing when they claimed they opened and the guy was 15 min late. With that said the customer service at the counter was descent.

I highly recommend this company for van rentals. We had the absolute best van at a very fair rate for a tour with a legendary English band. Everybody was so happy. The guys at the office were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely will be back always to rent vans for future tours..
