Overall, the store and the owner are great, but you need to work directly with the owner and preemptively ask about the limitation of a specific job. I wanted to get earrings, two chains, and a necklace repaired and ended up first working with the front desk person Camila. There was an enormous amount of miscommunication, where Camila said they can do a job, but later turned out it was not possible due to the metal thinness. The deadline was not respected, and I could not get my jewellery back as quickly as the originally promised. Chain soldering was $28 each, the necklace was about 100, and the earrings cost 25. I wish it went smoother.

Came here to fix one of my wedding bands. One of the prongs was damaged and the stone was loose. It was fixed within an hour along with my other rings that needed to be polished and rhodium plated. Craftsmanship is great and I am very pleased with the results as I am very particular. Will be coming back!

Restored/polished a Cuban link bracelet hook, a tennis bracelet hook, and resized an anklet here and I must say, they did an amazing job. All of the pieces look brand new, and the experts were friendly and knowledgeable! I dropped it off, and picked it up the next day.

So overall, I would say that this jewelry store deserves nothing but the highest praise for their excellent workmanship and customer service. If you're looking for a place to get your jewelry polished, resized, or even just to browse and shop, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!

BEWARE TO THIS STORE! Their WATCH REPAIR GUY not only fix the problem of my senior father's watch but also CHANGED THE ORIGINAL HAND OF THE WATCH thinking we will not noticed it. I talked to the owner over the phone almost 3 weeks from the time we got their service and she was in a hurry to put me down because she said she was with a customer when I told her what happened. Am I not a customer too? I paid for the service the day we left the watch to your store on March 24. The lady owner didn't even apologize but she defended Tony for nagging and defending the watch repair guy. I said Tony (their Jeweler) accused me where I get the idea the watch repair guy replaced the original hand of my father's watch but later on called me to say the watch repair guy did changed the original hand. He said the hand has the problem so he changed it & they can't get the same original hand since it was older model. FYI, before we get your service, we went to several watch repair stores. All told us the problem - the spring and cleaning - nothing else. We even went to Tissot repair shop who told us the same thing. We picked your store even though you charged most because Tony was a great salesman - mentioning they own many stores even in Europe, that you guys are in the business for 45 years, 100% guaranteeing the only problem of the watch.is the spring and cleaning and we can get the watch on March 26.You want to return in preparing Tony and be straightforward, your store doesn't possess all the Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair. You own one of the establishment store as it were. You can arrange unique hand to Tissot organization regardless of what model it is, the watch is under 5 years of age. You really want to have expression of honor, acknowledge your store's slip-ups, apologize and don't annoyed at your costumer exceptionally when they are correct. Try not to boast about you being there for quite some time. As of recently you don't have the foggiest idea how to manage client support uniquely when you folks aren't right. Perhaps this isn't whenever your watch first fix.guy replaced original part/s of a watch. Who knows what else he stole. If he can steal a piece what else can he steal being unnoticed. You're lucky because your previous costumer's didn't noticed them or maybe they did but nobody wrote a review about your illegal practice. DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU CANNOT GUARANTEE, BE HONEST, APOLOGIZE, DON'T TOLERATE WRONG DOING & CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES.
