15 Maiden Ln #1101, New York“After dealing with an ISP who has a huge monopoly on the Brooklyn market for almost a decade and finally getting fed up with the lack of quality and customer support, I decided to switch to Honest.At first I was apprehensive, as we usually don’t get many options for who our providers are. The speeds seemed too good to be true, and everything my neighbors said was great.However Honest delivered everything they said they would in a fast, considerate, and genuinely caring way.I was able to make an appointment for internet install for the same day I started looking, used a referral code from a neighbor so my first month was only $25. I called to confirm it was actually happening in a matter of hours, and I immediately got a real person on the phone who was super helpful and confirmed.Andy B. Was my installer and he was so nice, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about their service.I’m a software engineer and I work from home making a lot of video content, and I also play a lot of video games on the PC so speed and connectivity is really important to me. After he installed, we did a speed test and he determined there was something bad with (I think) the cat 5 port pins and fully replaced it. Next speed test we ran was 300mbps up / down on my WiFi and NEARLY 1 GIG on wired. I was blown away. I was also able to use my own modem and router and didn’t need to rent anything.I can’t believe how seamless it was, but the attention to detail and genuine care for the product and customer have absolutely made me a HUGE advocate for anyone considering the switch. Honest is…. honest!”

The customer service teams are always helpful all the time. They respond very quickly either with emails or phone. They have been always patient with me and never cut the service for any financial delay and have been always helpful and understanding like when my card was lost twice and they waited for my new Visa card to be released and never cut the service.Their cost is reasonable and the internet is fast with no interruptions. Their technicians are very very professional and helpful and they always come on time with same-day service. “So I went to T-Mobile at Time Square. I was expecting a difficult time. In such a busy place it can be hard to get an associate to assist you. Well my experience today could not have been further than my presumption. Upon arrival I was met by Angel a floor manager. My iPhone 13 Pro port has not been working for months. I feared I would have to upgrade. Angel took my phone and immediately began an inspection. She personally cleaned the port area and after 5 mins with her my phone is now charging as good as the day I got it. So please regional managers recognize Angel and her exemplary service. I even offered to pay for her services and she graciously denied me with a smile. 20 plus year customer of T-Mobile and I am grateful and satisfied. I hope this review finds it's way to her next review.”

“I visited this location to switch my phone number from a different carrier to T-Mobile. Bera was extremely patient and helpful. Initially, it was somewhat confusing because the owners of my family plan were in another state, but Bera told me exactly what he needed from us. At the end, he also ensured that both my phone and Apple Watch were connected properly before sending me my way. The only nitpick was that the process took about an hour and half; it appears T-Mobile doesn't grant much authority to their in-store employees, necessitating a call to a T-Mobile agent for most actions. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the store helped me complete my errand successfully.”
