I've been happy with HWM for over 10yrs. HWM has a vast selection of wines and spirits, including some hard to find items (thanks J). Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, with reasonable prices.My goto for the good stuff ?

I bought Moet champagne and couldn't use it that day because the lid wasn't opened, so I took it to Stoa and asked for it to be exchanged, but the owner or manager said, "Why isn't this working?" and twisted the lid on the spot and opened. Then he said he could never change it, being mean and cold. All three of us tried twist to open the lid on the day we needed to, but we couldn't even drink it that day. But that day, the man lifted the lid and didn't change it, so I threw it all away and lost the money. I don't want to go again.

Unprofessional management. Had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this business. For their sake I will not go into details but I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered two bottles of wine from Hudson wine market to be delivered and my complex can be a bit tricky to navigate, but my delivery driver was patient and a rockstar will definitely order from them again. A great experience ?

No need to explain. Very disappointing . Just go to Linwood Wine. They have better selection and much more helpful.

I made an order through Uber Eats for a bottle from this store. A short angry Asian man, who didn’t want to give his name but claims to be the manager, delivered to my door and started yelling and pointing aggressively saying next time we need to order at the store minimum which is apparently $35 but how were we supposed to know that if we’re ordering through Uber Eats??? We’re literally just ordering from an app. If there’s a minimum, I’m sure the store can set those requirements through the app.Then he said we “better give him a 20% tip”The stores minimum is not our problem because we’re just going by the Uber Eats app & I’m definitelyyy taking back my tip for all the unnecessary hostility.I’d give this a ZERO out of ten if I could. He said he’s never delivering to us ever again and I’m completely OK with that. Good riddance.
