Very bad salon the people are very unfriendly and rude and cheaters. They will tell you one amount on Phone and then you actually go for services. They will do the services and add money in spite of negotiating and discussing price. Add another $20 to the negotiated price that’s cheating, plus you pay tips to two and three workers when you don’t even ask for two and three workers to work on your hair. All gimmicks and scams trying to get more money out of you.They are real cheaters. No one should go to this salon. Highly unprofessional And rude people who do not know customer service, or how to talk to a client. Very biased towards just Koreans, they are Racist. Especially the hairstylist named Jean she’s really rude and unfriendly pathetic.

Cathy is a professional and knows her craft. I met Cathy at a gym and I knew she was unique. Once she told me, she cuts hair, I had to make an appointment. She was considerate and took time to ask me what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly!

I made a reservation at short notice, but the teachers were there so I was able to make a reservation right away. Clean and modern interior design. What was best of all was that even though I explained things in Korean since I had just arrived from Korea, everyone understood them very well.

If you’re looking for exemplary service and high-quality hairstyling, look no further than Fox Beauty Salon in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Professionalism and accommodating customer service—which is hard to find these days—are the name of the game here. I had the pleasure of getting my hair redone from one of their highly skilled stylists and was amazed by how they managed to give me exactly what I wanted. After giving them five stars on Google, all I can say is that my visit was worth it! This salon clearly values each of its customers and makes sure that everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Terrible experience from start to finish with a surly older woman named Esther. Unless you are a native Korean speaker I would avoid this place like the plague. The standards of communication are primitive and universally rude with finger pointing, no smiles, and curt directions 'Hey! You pay!' The entire experience took 10 MINUTES and they only take cash. Truly awful.
