Set expectations very well, made sure I kept driving my car until they had all the parts they needed. Once they had it, they were done even faster than they said they would be, and I got my car back looking better than it did before the accident. About a week ago I hit a deer. I was going very slowly, just passed a stop sign. Be careful they're everywhere. There is only 1 place I would go Fort Lee Auto Bodyshop. Tommy is the man. I 100% trust him and when your dealing with body shops, it's a blind item. I've know Tommy for years, he also takes care of my tires and brakes.

Got there with a big screw on my left tire .but Nick to the rescue, said turn your wheel and then he fix it like in literally 5 min. Nick thank you so much I'll past by some other time we didn't forget. I recommend them ?

Professional, reliable, to the point, on schedule service. Our CRV got damaged door on passenger side from an accident, so I picked FLA through my insurance, since it was the closest authorized shop for me. Allison from FLA contacted me and they gave scheduled time to bring in the car for estimation. On arrival, one of the FLA member wrapped up the estimation process within few minutes. Since my car was drivable, they let me take it back, cause the new doors were back ordered, that would take several weeks. It took about 4 weeks for the new doors to arrive. During this time, FLA kept in updated regarding the progress of my order. Finally when it arrived, got call to drop off my car and was given 2 weeks of estimate to complete the repair job. To my surprise, they called me exactly after 2 weeks to pick up the car. The doors were replaced and whole passenger side is fixed as good as new. They also did a car wash and vacuum. They also facilitated my request to park the car on the street so I can pick it up at later time. Overall a great experience! They have all the awards and recognition for a reason.

My husband and I trust Fort Lee Road Auto Body 200%!!! The owners, Scott and Tom, are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We used to go to our car dealership felt frustrated and cheated with all the “necessary” services. And with Scott and Tom, we ALWAYS felt extremely satisfied and happy!!! This is where we’d take our cars to whenever we have car problems.
