The facility is closed. I scheduled an appointment and received confirmation for 1:30pm on January 11, 2022. There was no one there and there was no set up for testing. The church and parking lot were empty.

Taking the test was easy - we showed up for our 9 AM appt and waited only 5 minutes to get tested. Fast and easy portal to register and test is fully covered by insurance.The time to receive results is the longest I’ve experienced from a testing center. We completed our PCR tests at 9 AM on 12/24 and received our results on 12/30 at 4 AM (~6 days time elapsed). Additionally, multiple follow up calls to the Ridgewood Diagnostic Laboratory to ask for the ETA on results were not returned.

Made an appointment, no confirmation. Now standing in the line outside the testing site with other people. The window by the entrance says "closed". Someone in the line said they are waiting for the supply and it's been a while. ?❄️☃️?️

Make sure u make an appointment. Google says no appointment needed but u do. Had to wait on the line on the freezing weather but staff was cooperative later.

After seeing online there was no appointment necessary I waited online for more then an hour in freezing temperatures to have a sign put out saying appointments ARE necessary.
