I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Oradell Vet when bringing in our puppy. From the moment we walked in, the staff has been incredibly caring and attentive—not only toward our dog but also toward us as owners. They always take the time to explain any procedures clearly and offer detailed advice on preventative care. It’s evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals and are committed to helping pet owners feel informed and confident in taking care of their pets. I highly recommend Oradell Vet to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional team for their furry family members!

Today was my first and last visit. I was baffled by how the vet attempted to trim my dog's nails and made 2 out of the 4 nails they were able to get bleed. There was blood dripping all over the table and Dr. Brown brushed it off like it was no big deal. When I asked to stop the first time they were like "no shes fine it happens she will be ok, its not the end of the world" no sorry or anything. But then the second time she bled, my dog screamed bloody murder and thats when they finally stopped after i pleaded and started to cry. The only person who apologized to me at this facility was the vet tech. It was clear the vet didnt know what they were doing and even said "im notorious for getting the quicks" like that is supposed to be funny or make me feel better? And as i was leaving and waiting to be checked out one the receptionists sitting on the left side was obnoxious and goes "had a rough day?" And i said "yeah her nails bled" and her sarcastic scoff and response of "yeah well sometimes they do it themselves" and when i stated that shes been groomed and had her nails cut countless times and this never happened she refused to accept my response and said "theyre just wiggly sometimes." Excuse me?? Frankly i shouldnt have been charged for the physical with the dr at all but i wanted to keep my composure and leave as soon as i could but i will never be returning and making sure everyone knows to stay away. Dr. Brown was warm and friendly but clearly inexperienced and borderline unprofessional not knowing how to handle a screw up, clearly.

We’ve been with Oradell for 3 years and throughout the time have changed some other vets because of moving, but this is the best vet and we sticked to them even though we have moved. They also have an 24 hour ER and hospital in Jersey for any bigger operation needed.
Doctors are helpful and knowledgeable and so are the staff! When we call to make appointments the front desk always gives us advice and answers to some questions or loop in doctors if needed. There is one time when our dog is very sick and we need to make an appointment last minute. They very actively helped us arrange it for a slot next day. This is the place that we feel that we can trust to take care of our precious little one.

I have used Oradell (when it was in Oradell) for 50 years. I have been using their Fort Lee site for many years. I now live in NYC but would not go anywhere else. The doctors and support staff amazing - knowledgeable, caring and kind - they are excellent. Dr. Hacker is the best. She has taken care of my dogs (and now my cat) with unparalleled care and love. She is very thorough and always addresses my concerns. May she be at Oradell forever!

This was the best medical experience I have ever had human or pet. The doctors were incredibly thorough. The care was top notch. My vets were nicer and took longer to talk to me than human doctors and surgeons. They followed up with calls as my cat was getting surgery to remove stones that were very large. They were so compassionate and I was so happy that my pet was getting such great care. It’s expensive. But you really get what you pay for.

Amazed by the care and attention during my Kitten's first visit to this location. Andrea at the front desk & Dr. Lori Siracuse-Parker were both kind and patient with my cat and with my hundreds of questions lol. Will return!

We've newly discovered Oradell Vet Group with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy Ruby. Can't say enough good things. Great office, always punctual and all of the staff always with a smile on their faces and obvious love and care for their patients. Dr. Parker is terrific - great bedside manner and makes our Ruby feel at home! Their prices are reasonable and an easy-to-use portal to check on appointments, message the office, etc... Happy to have found such a great Vet clinic!

The staff at this clinic is very professional and caring for animals. They do Excellent work for our community and are very fair in their pricing.I highly recommend them to take your pets here!Also - they have these two beautiful papagayos bird in the waiting room that are just two riots!! They will spook you at least once!
