I deeply regret entrusting my hanboks to this laundry service. I entrusted both a 100% silk-made female hanbok and a male hanbok, purchased for my wedding, to them. However, not only did all the gold leaf decorations on the female hanbok disappear, but the silk on both hanboks was also severely damaged. These clothes, which I only wore once for my wedding, have now been rendered unwearable, and it's incredibly unjust.Before entrusting them with the laundry, I called the laundry service to inquire if they could handle hanbok cleaning, and I received a confident affirmation that they could. That's why I entrusted them with the task, but the results were horrifying. In particular, the female hanbok is now in such a state that it's impossible to wear. Each of these hanboks was custom-made in Korea and cost $1200 and $1000 respectively. When I brought the laundry results to their attention and asked for an explanation, the owner repeatedly insisted that there was nothing they could do and even raised her voice during our interaction.She adamantly refused to offer any compensation. As a last resort, I inquired about filing a Small Claims Court case, and only then did she reluctantly offer a minimal sum of money to settle the matter and asked me not to pursue legal action. However, her attitude throughout this entire ordeal was extremely unpleasant. With the small amount offered, I cannot repair or replace my new hanboks, and I feel truly wronged by this experience.I will never patronize this laundry service again and cannot recommend it to others, especially for handling high-end clothing. But her attitude was really unpleasant, and I felt mortified because I couldn't repair or buy any new hanbok with that small amount of money. Fort Lee Dry Cleaners is wonderful it's such a great place. The woman is so nice and does wonderful work if you need alterations. We moved to Hoboken but we still go back to her and will continue to do so.

Just started working in the area and was looking for a good dry cleaner nearby. From the minute I walked in I knew I'm gonna love this place. The lady behind the counter was full of smiles and good energy. The prices are very reasonable and they do the work onsite. I'll be a regular here .

I appreciate this mom and pop dry cleaner. I have been going to them for a couple years now. I appreciate their care to call mr to pick up clothes on my busy days and also there affordable prices than other cleaners.

The worst dry cleaner ever. They don’t know how to take care of your garment properly. They totally ruined my $400 blouse while dry cleaning and did such a poor job on altering pants waist. I dropped off almost new blouse that I worn only couple times since purchase and the blouse came back to me with torn lining and damages in the fabric. I was so upset to see those damages because I knew I would never be able to wear my favorite blouse again as soon as I checked its condition. I wish I could upload the pictures of the damages here so everyone can see how ridiculously they handled my clothes. Do not trust this dry cleaner with your precious garments. They are extremely unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing.
