Staffs are all knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Waiting time is reasonably short when appointment is rightly made. Price of service...I really have no idea as this has been the only place to work with, since I adopted my puppy 7 years ago

First and foremost, we have read all of the 20+ 1-star NEGATIVE reviews and agree with each one 110%. Dr. Nazar LACKS ETHICS. It was clear from the onset of our 10 minute chat during the office visit that the only thing he cares about is making money. He didn’t even offer antibiotics to our sick pet who had an infection. Remember Dr. Nazar that what goes around comes around when you least expect it. Life is funny that way.

Edit: Despite my request and citing Administrative Code § 13:44-4.9, the doctor refused to provide a medical note indicating that the X-rays were taken to check if my dog might have swallowed something. Instead, he pressured unauthorized staff to contact me to remove my comment.
I took my dog to this veterinary clinic due to a suspected stomach issue and informed the doctor that my dog might have accidentally swallowed something. The ver said the only way to find out was by taking x-rays. They took 4 x-rays and reported this to the insurance as an illness rather than an accident. Swallowing something by accident is not an illness, it’s an accident. Because of this misreporting, I couldn’t get reimbursed for the x-rays, and I had to pay the extremely high costs out of pocket. Additionally, the overall prices at this clinic are significantly higher compared to typical veterinary clinics. They have no consideration for customer satisfaction; despite explaining my insurance situation five times, they still refused to help. The vet continued to label the x-rays as being taken for an illness, which is incorrect and prevents me from getting my money back. While I understand the medications were given for an illness, the x-rays were solely due to the accidental ingestion concern. Moreover, because they don’t have their own lab, they charge an extra $160 for using external services, which I never saw before. On top of the already high x-ray costs, this additional charge makes it excessively expensive.
Even after repeatedly explaining my insurance issues, the vet refused to assist me in any way. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who is planning to use their insurance.

The receptionists are very pleasant; the vet tech was very personable and Dr. Han was extremely informative and gave me great flea/tick advice on changing to a more efffective medication. They called a couple of days later to see how my poodle was feeling. That was appreciated!

Joseph P. was absolutely amazing with my dog. I never met someone that took his time like this man did. He really respected my dog and made sure my dog felt comfortable with him. He got my dog to relax and didn’t even need to use a muzzle! He was so kind to my dog who is was so anxious.

Scam. some people work hard to earn 1400 dollars a month while a visit for an animal is 500$. this exceeds every rational limit, people in the world are suffering from hunger. it's ironic, when you spend all day trying to help children who are struggling to find food to eat, but you go to a clinic and your pet's visit costs $500.

Dr. Han is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I absolutely trust her with my pet. I have been coming here since my dog Sophie was 5 months old and she is now 5. Dr. Han performed her spaying procedure and has been caring for her yearly since then. She has never hurt her or mishandled her in anyway. Dr. Han is genuinely kind and caring with me and my pet and has never recommended anything she didn’t feel was medically necessary. I really like Dr. Han, Dr. Nazar and the entire staff at FLAC. They are so sweet and really go above and beyond to help your pet. I would highly recommend them!
