Serious warning!!! Do Not use this company for your relocation moving, they are completely unethical and fraudulent place to do business with. Here is the my experience story: before I finalized the contract with this company the sales representative would return my calls or texts for any questions/concerns I have within the minute, however, soon after I signed the contract with her and put the deposit down the sales rep disappeared immediately to completely ignore my numerous calls or text messages to her. I was also told by the same sales rep that someone from their company would contact me couple days before scheduled moving date to confirm, but I never got contacted by anyone from their side three days before the scheduled moving day, so I had to call/text to the same sales rep for more than 10 times but never heard back from her even once. The customer service person finally called me back one day prior to the moving. On the moving day the movers uploaded all the stuffs/items so loosely into truck between the spaces, then at the end of finishing the loading I was told the 800 square feet originally quoted was not enough to accommodate all of my items, so they charged me additional 460 square feet at total of extra $2228 (this is the easiest way they do the business to force the customers end up paying more with no or little choices). About one week later when my stuffs finally arrived from NJ to FL destination I found out the 18 wheeler moving truck is from a different company. Instead of leaving large space between the items like the movers did for uploading, this truck company has squeezed almost every single inch of the space to have items fit into his truck for multiple families. Because of the too tight between the spaces my bed-frame had been damaged with scratches, my excursive bench had been careless cut on the surface when the movers unpacking it. Overall it was horrible and shame experiences I have had with this so called Moving Relocation Systems company. Bottom line is do Never do the business with them to put your emotion and money at the high risk.

Just to give an update on the rip-off company. Made complaint to them on their Facebook page. Got a response from them. That they are going to look into it. Please them 1-24 hours to hear back. It's not been 3 weeks and nothing. Please if you have ripped off by this company. Reply back they need to be shut down. I am not going to let this go. Again the company does not deserve one star. But to post a review you need to select something.

This company is a fraud. The biggest scammers I have ever seen. What they did to me will not be forgotten. They should have there license pulled. And never be a loud to have renewed. My mission is to have this company shut down.

These guys did an outstanding job they definitely made my move very easy. The representative set a realistic expectation for my delivery which was very trustworthy for me in contrast with other companies that I've used in the past. If I have to, I'll definitely be using this company again.

I gave them 1/2 of my moving quote as a deposit. I was to be moved by 5 Star ( should be NO STARS) on Thurs 3/28/19...after hearing nothing from them ALL DAY...I called about 4 pm... to learn that "Sir, we have been scrambling all day to schedule a truck and now it,s so late, they don't want to come in the dark...we'll have them there tomorrow". I was told the driver would call in the morning with a time. Well, Friday, the 29th comes and their office tells me between 1 and 4 pm that day. By 5 pm, I'm pacing and text the number I had for Janet...who had helped me book with them. "Janet no longer works for us... this is Ciera... let me check and get back to you. About 5:30 I receive a text, "our truck over-heated and is broke down in Illinois, we're trying to reroute a truck in Missouri to come to you." Couple hours later... new text, "the Missouri truck picked up a load that had overage and it doesn't have enough space for your things. We'll have a truck to you on Saturday 3/30/19". Waited all day Saturday... texts to them ... no replies...Sunday 3/31/19. Reply comes to my text where I told them...no one called, and no one showed...4:15 Sunday (4 days after scheduled pick up) I text where's my movers, the new owners are moving in around my things!" 5Stars reply..."aoh Wow...let me try to get in touch with management to see exactly what's going on!" I never heard back from them... it is now Monday 4/01/19 and the new owners are moving in and my stuff is blocking their entire progress. Why did I do 1/2 deposit and trust these people? I can't allow them to take my things now, because I can't trust them! I tried calling them at 8:30 am this morning and guess what... VOICE MAIL!!! Now I have to get my deposit back somehow. Please learn from this...DON'T USE 5 Star RELOCATION!!!! Rg

Still no call back from July 28th. Call almost everyday. Was trying to avoid small claims court but guess what I am filing next week. This has been such a horrific company to deal with. Note their DOT number and check against a moving company you may be considering. They will just change their name and continue operating this way.

This place SCAMS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF VALUABLE THINGS.DO NOT USE THEM TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT STATES LIKE TEXAS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!!!!
