Unfortunately the standards have fallen off at this local store front I walked in and everyone was lost and confused charged me 30 dollars for an overnight then advised me to take it to the moonachie location after telling me their last call had taken place. Even tho it was after I paid for shipment I didn’t mind it because it was extremely important unfortunately when I arrived at the next FedEx location they told me the previous FedEx scanned my package and cancelled my order and offered me no refund or new label and told me the fort lee location had made a technical error so after wasting 1 hour and half and paying twice for a shipment I won’t be returning to this location with employees who could care less and are confused half the time

Just take your package to UPS store. It's on the other side of the block. You can feel the toxic environment "feel" as soon as you walk into this FedEx store.

This FedEx location is always a pleasure to go to. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Today in particular, Jayden helped me with my shipping labels and was kind enough to tape up my boxes. He also took his time to answer my questions about a different shipment and he even helped me with printing the labels. It’s nice to have a Fedex in town where there nice people working there.

If a bad customer experience, rude staff, and lost packages is what you're looking for, this is the place for you! Fortunately for the rest of us, there is a UPS in the same plaza.

Really rude and disrespectful people are working there. You can’t even ask them a question, they used a f. words. No information about services they don’t provide, you need to go there back after you dropped the package.

Rude, unhelpful, lazy. Directed me to a self service station, then to another FedEx location, gave me an incorrect address and couldn't spell the town it's in, gave up halfway through. Driver picking up packages refused to help further with just advice. Would rather drive to Hackensack than deal with the staff here.

Hope was outstanding in helping me with my menu prints for my restaurant. Turned it around in an hour and they look amazing. Definitely will come back for my future projects

I thought it would be a waste of time to do a review like this, but Koreans should avoid it. It was truly a sight to behold. I didn't know FedEx discriminated against racism. Because of a manager named Hope, never again...(?)

Fast convenient service all the time. Have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. The people writing negative reviews must have gone to the store on the day they forgot to take their medication.
