Enterprise in Ft LeeI was very impressed with the service that I received at the Enterprise company at Fort Lee, NJ. For years, I have been renting vehicles for my business from various companies at different locations. This branch is by far the best. The Branch Manager (Mr Yanes), the Asst Manager (Mr Giddings), and the Management Trainee (Mr Ocello) provided me with the superb service. Not only were they highly professional, but they also were very customer-oriented and friendly. They did not mind to step out of their way to assist me in every way possible. I highly recommend the branch and I will be using this service in years to come.Dr. George Birman.

I rent quite a lot for work and personal use, this is by far the best Enterprise I have gone to. If I need to go out of my way to rent from them instead of another I will. Mo and the team are top notch in every aspect. Amazing customer service and experience. Highly recommended for all rental car needs. They will go above and beyond to make your experience the best.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Used them for a rental while my car was in the shop and the entire experience from start to finish was seamless. All the agents they have working there are so pleasant and kind. Their quality of cars are pristine. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would thanks Mohamed & team you guys are amazing.

Renters beware! I typically rent here since it's close to my home, but after years of being a loyal Enterprise Car renter, I will now have to consider other local options.I arrived at the location yesterday for a 1 week rental of a standard vehicle. They said my car was ready and I went downstairs to check in and was presented with a pickup truck. I told the guy that I wanted a standard car. The manager, Mohammed, proceeded to tell me that I was more than 30 mins late, and I had to take whatever was in the inventory. BTW, I called to say that I was running late but would definitely be there for my car. Furthermore, the lot was full of all kinds of vehicles, and when I inquired why I couldn't have another car, he told me that they were reserved for other customers. Wow, I was livid and outraged. Never has a rental facility treated me that way. Plus, I was told if I wanted one of those other cars, it would cost me the going market rate, not the rate I booked a month ago. Very disappointing and concerning, especially during a holiday week when cars are scarce. In the end, if I wanted the same class of car I reserved for the same price, I had to be transported to another Enterprise facility. I agreed to it but was totally humiliated and left in disbelief on how a company I had used for years would treat me so poorly.

Enterprise is the only car rental I go to. They have many convenient locations around New York City metro area and the cars they offer are new and high performing. I especially also value the great service at Enterprise branches in fort Lee, NJ, and Englewood, NJ.
