I love this apt bldg. Management and staff are all friendly and wonderful! Quiet neighborhood and accessible to stores, park and bus stops. The rent is very reasonable with the amenities the building has to offer. I would recommend this apt building to all my family and friends.

I traveled from Washington D.C. and stayed here for an Underwater Rugby tournament, what a great hotel!! The management was very prompt and helpful. I will definitely stay in the Carriage House if I ever return to New Haven.
