Eleanor is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate person and has made this the easiest process possible.My partner and I just purchased our first apartment and wanted to get the living room and master bedroom carpeted. (They even left us with a carpet cleaning kit!)We are so appreciative to Eleanor and her entire staff for taking such good care of us. We then went to the store to pick out carpeting and worked with George. Their pricing is very competitive.We needed flooring picked up in one of the rooms. The 3-man crew who came were on time, incredibly nice to have around. They were very careful to respect the building rules. I needed to disconnect my computer and they helped me to get everything working again.I will reccomended them to anyone who needs flooring or carpeting.”
