“Pickup staff very pleasant, easy transactions, no nonsense of trying to be sold additional features.Good value rental, good cars but could not get car to synch with my or my wife's phone. Helpful staff tried with no joy, unable to synch their phones either. Given another model car, same issue. Had to use a usb connection and also had to use office wifi to down load satnav maps, to now be able to use preloaded maps offline.Road closures caused us to run late in returning car, no time to refuel to full. Car returned with 4.1 gallons and had to be topped up with 11.7 gallons. Despite allowing for fuelling surcharge, displeased to be charged an extortionate amount for refuelling - $116.02. That works out at $9.91 per gallon!”

“Great rates and very professional and kind staff (I think it may be family owned?). They are also incredibly helpful and honest. I’d rented from them before and had such a great experience, then tried to rent for a week for a long trip (NJ to KY), which they were willing to do, but also they called me to let me know it might be cheaper to rent from a national chain for my trip since I’d get unlimited mileage, which they couldn’t offer. So for shorter/local trips, I highly recommend this place! Really impressed that they cared enough to call me and let me know there might be better options for me. Makes me feel like they are especially trustworthy.”

“I went to avis for a rental because it was close by. They denied me and told me i was on the no rent list. They couldn't tell me why! No explanation what so ever. No goos customer service. I went to hertz, and they took care of me very well. No issues, no problem. 100000 percent!”
