Do not open a credit card with capital one,because if something happens like for example it can be a bad merchant trying to sell you a defective item ,or offer you a bad service then you are to DISPUTE THE CHARGES DONE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD right ?!---WITH CAPITAL ONE THEIR TEAM WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW CAPITAL ONE THE EVIDENCE OF THE BAD SERVICE, OR ITEMS..SO YOU WILL BE LEFT TO PAY FOR THE BAD SERVICE ,OR ITEMS anyhow.THE CAPITAL ONE TEAM OF THE CREDIT CARDS FOR THE DISPUTES IS THE WORST OF THE WORST ..YOU MUST HAVE AN ATTORENY BY YOUR SIDE TO PROTECT YOU..YOU GO FIGURE it out WITH CAPITAL ONE..ALSO ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT THEIR RULES ARE TO PROTECT THE MERCHANTS AND NOT THE CONSUMERS ..THEY ARE BUILD FOR FAILURE...ANOTHER THING is that AT THE BANK LOCATION AT HUDSON LIGHTS IN FORT LEE NJ THEY NEED TO PUT NOTES AT THE BATHROOM DOORS FOR KIDS NOT TO USE THE DETERGENTS THAT ARE FOR DISINFECTING THE TOILET SEAT..THEY REFUSE TO DO SO EVEN THOUGH WE TELL THEM THAT..So that is dangerous !ALSO AT THE ROOM AT THE ENTRANCE DOOR at Hudson Lights WHERE WE USE THE ATM MACHINES THEY NEED TO HAVE THE AIR ON WHILE THE BANK IS NOT IN OPERATION TOO,BUT THEY CUT OFF THE AIR ,BUT THEY BLOW OFF THEIR LOUD CRAZY MUSIC TO DAMAGE OUR OUR HEARING!----'We keep telling them to turn the mucis off and turn the air on instead and to put a few small tables with stationary like envelopes and pens ,but they do not wantto do it . Based upon their actions they fullfill the culpability of the law of being guilty of charge ,because they do their actions purposely,willfully,knowingly and recklessly.-----I look forward to take these felons to the civil and the criminal courts.It would be amazing to see what they have to say for their malicious actions...At Hudson Lights location in Fort Lee Nj they must let the customers to have more room at the cashier's desks ,basically we only have less than two inch space and can not even get to put our hands there,because they have blocked the desk there with transparent plastic barrier..it is insane as if they can not displace the plastic barrier on the other side of the desk,so to make more room for us...They purposely do that to torture their customers....ALSO AT THEIR ENTRANCE DOOR IT IS SO MUCH NEEDED A NON TOUCH BUTTON TO OPEN THE DOORS FOR THOSE THAT ARE ♿ DISABLED AND OR MOTHERS WITH STROLLER OR MAIL CARRIERS WITH A LOT OF STUFF NEED TO UTILISE.. .We have asked for these things to their headquarters,but they simply do not want to do any of it.As we all see their actions are antihuman!---Thanks for your attention towards these matters!Please give it a thumbs-up if you like my review!

Omg! This just happened to me tonight! I withdrew money and the money never came out of the machine but it was withdrawn from my account! This is ridiculous! Something had to be done about these atm’s at this branch. I opened up a claim investigation and now I have to wait 10 days to possibly get MY hard earned money back. Shame on you Capital ONE for not doing anything for your customers with all these reviews that have been posted.!!

Please don’t use these ATMS!!!!! These machines take your cash and then you have to wait 10 business day for them to complete an investigation. No one knows anything because another department deals with a these ATMs…when you call they put you on hold forever!!!!!!!This is ridiculous!!!! YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A PROVISIONAL CREDIT ON YOU OWN MONEY!!!!

They are the only business on the block that doesn't have shades on the Windows to protect birds. There's always a pile of dead birds who fly into the windows and break their necks trying to fly in. Staff is aware and said they "always hear the birds" hitting the glass. Have some compassion and install some shades!

I had a money market account with them for years and just now moved all of my money out of it because of:double deposits & double debits of my checks.horrible customer service.no explanation of why they were debiting and crediting my account.Go anywhere else but this place they are terrible.

The ATM machine took my money.I called customer service about 30 min.I spend 30 min. I got so mad.

The atm here is not 24/7. I just tried my debit card to access the atm kiosk and the door did not budge. Two other customers tried with no luck.

Went to the fort Lee location to open a CD with a large amount there was no one in the branch to help me when asked a teller if there were any officers she told me to wait my turn with a very rudely attitude. I am very disappointed with capital one they lost a new customer. I guess their ads are false

The teller stole my money and now they have to do an internal investigation. The bank teller deposited my money to my Walmart card and never told me I couldn't pay the balance through the branch. She took the money and now the money is missing. I called Capital One customer service and they told me the branch has to make an investigation since they have the cameras and can account for any excess money. Now this branch is saying they can't do an investigation. Of course. If this was capital one looking for money they would sue you for the money. So now I have to go through small claims court.
