Awesome service! After dropping off the truck in Ft Lee (easy drop off and key drop) I was mistakenly overcharged for the number of days after I had booked this online. One call to Vince to explain the problem and he solved this and had my money reimbursed while we were on the telephone. Will definitely do business with this location again!

Wow what can I say, my mothers credit card had issues, the chip kept malfunctioning. Typically one would feel a lil embarrassed about that, however Kristi (front desk) got on the phone with my mothers bank and helped us work it out. Amazing seriously, she made us feel like we mattered kinda. It was alright. good stuff Kristi. Thanks. 1490 Bergen Boulevard is the address(I had to add that (lol).Matt K.Lancaster, Pa.

Everything was great here. I had rented a truck from another budget truck rental and they canceled my reservation last minute. This location was able to get me into a new rental within an hour. Super easy pick up process and I was able to drop off after hours. I live in Harlem and won't go anywhere else next time I need a rental like this.
